Inside the hall, there are four huge golden pillars arranged at the four corners. A colorful mural covered the ceiling along with glazed glass lanterns hung right below it. The refracted light illuminated the whole hall magnificently.
Wen Yantong secretly marveled. It seemed for the royal family, there was no such thing as too extravagant.
A lot of people have gathered in the hall. They were all chatting with each other, it looked very lively.
There was a three-step platform towards the inner center of the main hall. On which there was a dragon chair covered in golden silk, presumably the emperor's seat. There was a door at the left and right ends, which should lead to two rooms connected behind.
This was not the first time Fu Tanghuan was here, and she was very familiar with this place. She whispered to Wen Yantong, "The magic trick show will be performed in this hall later, let's go to the small room on the right first."
