When this thought crossed his mind he couldn't wait for Rui Fei's return. He stood up clutching Rui Li's collar and said to Huishe Yue, "Now you know what you have to do. If you do anything stupid I will kill her."
Huishe Yue stared at Rui Li with worry in his eyes. His body was suddenly shrouded by darkness as he transitioned back to his human form.

He didn't want Huishe Yue to even have the chance to defend himself when he strikes. This move would be considered cowardly in Niuq but they weren't in Niuq were they? He wanted to finish off his enemy by any means necessary which included stabbing him in the back.
Meanwhile, at the entrance of the cabin, Rui Yewan and Xiao Yùnqì were peeking out of the door looking at the crew members seated in neat rows like students at a reform school. He was looking for someone, anyone who could be helpful in this situation.
When he noticed the good lady his heart almost burst in joy. But the problem was that she had her head lowered avoiding Zhang Li who was leering at her as they sat opposite each other.
From the looks of it, Zhang Li was trying to get her attention and when he did he would mouth something like, "I love you baobei." To be honest, he didn't look anything like a person who was in a hostage situation. He looked like someone out on a date flirting with his favourite person across the table. Rui Yewan had to praise him for his dedication in pursuing his love interest.
Even in a life and death situation, he wouldn't forget to brush up on his favorability points.
Looking back into the cabin Rui Yewan looked for something to throw at her but couldn't find anything. Xiao Yùnqì stared at him with a look of vexation asking, "What is dage looking for?"
Rui Yewan's brow was furrowed as he looked searchingly whispering a response, "Something to throw at her that doesn't make noise and isn't easily noticed."
Xiao Yùnqì helped him look through the trashed room and found broken pieces of jade on the ground. "Dage, how about this?" asked Xiao Yùnqì as he handed him the broken pieces. Rui Yewan's heart dropped when he saw it was the jade tile with Rui Fei's name that he had given Ji Yao.
As to how he knew this it was because his brother sometimes bragged about the silliest things when he was in a good mood. At that time he had eagerly shown off the jade tile with Ji Yao's name on it and said that they were now just like a married couple since Ji Yao accepted the jade tile with his name on it.

Xiao Yùnqì who couldn't catch up to what this big brother was saying stood there with a blank expression. Wasn't it just broken jade?

"I am so fuckin dead after this," whispered Rui Yewan as he patted his chest calming his anxious heart.
Zhang Li who had also noticed that shameless porcelain touch Lady Ching Sei's boob was so jealous that he wanted to see who had the audacity. He began to shift his body to see but before he could find out who it is Lady Ching Sei kicked his knee before mouthing something.

The guard who was well aware of Zhang Li's reputation didn't take him seriously asking, "Why?"
Everyone turned their attention to him knowing fairly well that this had to be the next instruction. Zhang Li shifted his gaze from the guard to Lady Ching Sei and pretended to be a victim saying, "She harassed me..... sexually."

Some of the crew members tried to stop themselves from breaking into laughter. Who exactly was harassing who here was no secret to them but Zhang Li was so shameless enough to accuse her of harassment.
He most certainly was tired of living. Despite this, they more or less understood what he was doing and so began to look through their wrist braces as well.
This was their contingency plan courtesy of Ji Wen. He had everyone hide a blade made of the only material that can cut through latrion inside their wrist braces just in case they were ever chained.
