Without wasting any time, he raised the bow towards the King Panda and mumbled, "Ice arrow."
An icy blue arrow was conjured between his fingertips.
Looking coldly at the beast, he shot the ice arrow.

Just as it reached the midway, Plumpy who was munching its food stopped eating and looked at the incoming attack. "Hmm?"
But, it wasn't able to dodge the attack and the ice arrow struck its chest.

Too bad that the critical hit didn't land but the arrow did take away 25% of its health in one shot.
Due to the level difference, the freezing effect also lasted only for a second before it roared.
The female panda gathered the cubs and gathered them in her embrace.
Meanwhile, Wil flapped his wings and fly up in the air, conjuring a fire arrow and shoot at the female panda, killing it in an instant.
In place of the mother panda, there are items on the ground.

Even Plumpy also felt it but right now, it isn't in the mood to care about its cubs or the beast. Berserk King Panda only wishes one thing. To take revenge.

"Place it on the ground."
Leon opened its mouth and the panda fell on the ground. It looked around its surroundings. Its mother and father are nowhere to be seen, neither are its siblings.
It was terrified.
Looking at its expression, Wil felt whether he was too cruel and his expression changed into pity.
But, quickly, he reminded himself that it's just a game and the thing is just a creature made up of data. As long as it was captured, everything would be set.
Wil then calmly took out the only legendary grade pet scroll he had in the inventory and used it on the panda.
*Ding! The target's level is lower than yours. The chance to capture is 100%. Proceed?
Wil clicked on yes and a seal appeared below the panda that was sitting on the ground.

"Cool…" Wil nodded with a satisfied smile on his face. "Leon, let's get back to the fort."

Wil logged in and appeared at top of the fort. He can see endless ocean in every direction but there's no sign of forest on the island.
"Looks like the General did his job." Jun smiled as he looked at the barren land that's almost as big as the city.
The monsters are cleaned up in the process.
"Greetings, your majesty." The general bowed along with the soldiers as Wil was standing at the entrance of the barracks.
"Did you catch them?" Wil asked him.
General Remont nodded, "We were only able to catch one of them, Your Majesty. The other two were…"
"I apologize, your majesty."
Looking at his sincere apologetic tone, Wil believed it wasn't his mistake. He forgave him increasing 10 points of familiarity.
Finishing his conversation with the General, Wil then flew towards the barren land and landed in the middle.
He opened the inventory and took out the scroll.
Town scroll
Description: You can build a town of 10 sq.km. area as long as the place doesn't overlap with any town or the city.
As he used the scroll, a map appeared before Wil. Every region was locked except for the Llyne kingdom and the islands on the ocean.
Wil clicked the GPS button and locked on to his location.
He saw a layout of the town. Several structures can be seen in the town. There's a move option on them. He placed them randomly as he doesn't know anything about the town planning.
Setting the place, Wil clicked okay.
Suddenly, a huge mansion rose followed by a temple, Adventure association building, Town administration building, a bank, Association buildings of each class except for hidden classes, ten empty stores given for free, and a fountain in the middle of the town.
The rest of the land is just empty. Only a single road has been built.
Around the fountain, the class associations, the bank, administration, and the adventure association buildings were built. The road connects the Mayor's Mansion and the stores on either side of the town center.
And there's a single man in the whole town, right now.
