Wil woke up after 36 hours. This time, he found himself on a hospital bed instead of his own. He was given an IV drip.

A pretty nurse was monitoring the glucose levels. She saw him woke up. She quickly went outside to inform the doctor.
He sighed, 'It's been 10 days since the update started and I still wasn't able to clear the inheritance quest.'
Suddenly, the door opened and he saw Silver entered the room.
"Young Master, thank goodness. You are finally awake." He sighed in relief.
After the doctor checks his vitals, he said Wil was fine and needs some rest, he left the room, leaving the two of them alone.
"Do you really need to exhaust yourself, that much?" Silver lectured him with a worried look. "What if something happens to you? How would I show my face to Lord Philip after I die…"
He started rambling this and that. Wil got annoyed but he let him lecture all he wants as he realized how worried he is…
"Goodness…" Silver sighed, "Playing for 70 hours… no matter how much you like playing it, in the end, it is just a game. It's not worth risking your own life. Just understand that…"
He want to explain that he had no choice but then, thinking back, Wil indeed have a choice to give up the quest.
In the end, he apologized.

Supreme Master was sitting before a beautiful mysterious lady with a Mask of Tranquility. He didn't know her identity. The only thing he knows is her background and who sent her.
