The second sentence means it is the pillar. With four pillars on each corner, base as ground and sky as the roof, it will become a house.
The third sentence is the direct giveaway. The monkey was born from stone.
According to the Eastern Legends, Monkey King Sun Wukong was born from the stone and later cause havoc in the heavens.
The fourth sentence means it was in the form of a rock.
Combining the four statements, the answer is the Monkey King's staff, Ruyi Jung Bang which is in the form of a pillar that looks like a rock.

Strangely, there is a 6ft long and 1 ft wide pillar that was lying in the corner of the Captain's room.

Three arrows zoomed like a flash of lightning as they struck a level-300 legendary+ grade demonic Rhino, and a critical hit appeared on its head two times thereby killing the boss.

The only other option left is to flee to the demon continent where there's no punishment.
