Chapter 250: Sun and Moon Realm

A pillar was constantly swung around, killing each monster with a single hit. Not intending to waste his inventory space, Wil ignored the drops and made his way towards the dungeon cave.
Honestly, Wil can directly fly and go to the cave but since his name is still red, he thought of going on a killing spree on the way so that he can meet Aerona after this.
Because of his status, while the Llyne kingdom authorities can bear his presence but the kingdom of Elf is another thing. The other kingdoms have no tolerance for red name players even if they are a Prince or even a King.
He entered the dungeon cave but instead of entering the portal, he walked deep into the cave, looking for a certain mark.
Wil's current objective is to gather the sun and moon stones which are only available in the hidden realm and craft his Prophecy ball.
Naturally, since the past one's entrance was hidden on the ceiling, Wil thought this one might be the same. So, he only searched the ceiling.
Just as he expected, Wil found the drawing of the Winged Lion right in the middle of the cave.
"Hmm…" he stared at the mark for a few seconds. The ceiling was ten meters above him. He can't use the wings and neither can he use any skills in a dungeon cave.
"I can summon Leon but it can't fly either way."
The last time, they took the help of a tree and a few NPCs to hold it but now, there was no one to help him. Should he go and cut a tree again?
Then, his eyes fell on the pillar in his hands. "I can use this, right?"
Wil almost slapped himself for being so stupid. He has been using this pillar for a while and still forgot about its skill.
Wil quickly left the cave. As he stepped outside of the cave, his skills became available.
"Ruyi… Grow, eight meters." The pillar shot up towards the cave and almost struck the portal. He then set its width to 1 meter to get a firm grip.
"Activate, Cloning. 1 clone" Wil activated the skill using the Monkey king's staff and summoned his clone.
Within a second, Wil's identical twin appeared before him.
Clone is just like summoning a battle companion with your own stats except that it is an A.I. that was formed by his previous data. So, he didn't feel like the clone is a part of him or something. It was more like his fallen angel servants with different stats.
"Follow me." Wil stepped inside the dungeon cave and the clone followed him.
The enlarged pillar scratched the walls but Wil managed to control it and finally, hit the mark with one end while tightly grabbing at the other end in a slanted way.
"Touch that mark with your hands," Wil said to his clone as he pointed at the drawing.
The clone nodded in response.
It didn't waste any time to jump on the pillar and ran towards the destination just like how he jumped onto the Tree trunk back then.
As the pillar was completely under Wil's control, the clone was able to make to the top without any issues and touch it, activating a light beam that engulfed both of them, transporting them to somewhere else.
*Ding! You entered Sun and Moon realm.
He found himself in a large crater. There are rocks and craters everywhere around him. Wil felt light compared to the outside world or in the real world.
"Is this how it feels to be on the Moon?" Wil thought as he lightly jumped high but was able to jump over 3 meters with ease. "I still wonder why this is called Sun and Moon realm instead of just calling it as a Moon. Maybe, due to the sun beasts?"
Wil then takes a look at two beautiful planets in the sky along with the gigantic Sun.
One large one has four continents and three oceans, and the other is a dwarf planet without any oceans or seas.
"That must be where the newbies will start now," Wil mumbled to himself as he stared at the dwarf planet.
In the earlier update, the newbie villages were removed and shifted to this world so that everyone can mingle with each other and when they reached level-20, they can directly choose their destination and teleport.
In place of newbie villages, one NPC town is added to every region in every kingdom. That explains why Ormshire was expanded and has four towns and a city.
It was also the same in his past life but Wil never cared much about the newbie planet or the hidden realm as he was too busy fighting a futile war against Bran and Sierra.
But, now that the circumstances are changed quite a bit, Wil thought of enjoying even for a while. There are still five days to go. More than enough time for him to level up to 300 and clear his red name.
Wil jumped around like a kangaroo with a smile. After all, who doesn't have a fantasy of jumping on the moon...
Meanwhile, his clone was following him around like a child.
Maybe, it was a colony of rabbits; Wil saw a lot of Moon rabbits of common to Heroic grade jumping around like him.
Since he never attacked them, they let this weird creature passed by.
After having enough fun, Wil stopped and so was the clone.
"Okay, that's enough. Let's finish the job."
"Summon, Leon."
*Roar*
The white-winged lion is back with a mighty roar, scaring the sh*t out of nearby beasts.
As a beast that was connected to Wil, it easily distinguished Wil from his clone and stepped forwards to him, and kneeled to his height.
Caressing its mane, Wil jumped onto its back, and then looked at the clone, "Kill every beast you can find around. Here…"
Wil then threw a storage bag that he bought at the market back in Vulture City. The clone caught it in reflex and looked at him as if he was asking what is this for…
"Collect the stones that suddenly appear after you kill the monsters. Forget about everything else."
As the clone nodded, Wil ordered Leon to fly away to look for the boss as well as to check the range of the clone.
There's a reason he left the clone.
He knew that a battle companion or a summoning beast can stay in 5 miles apart in open/material world and unlimited range if it is a closed world like hidden realm or dungeon but he didn't know whether it is applied the same to the clone as it wasn't mentioned in the skill description either.
In a couple of minutes, Wil and Leon are already out of the clone's sight and it then started to look around to finish his orders.

*Ding! Seraph's dragon bow consumed 50% of your EXP. Your EXP was deducted by 3,840,000.
"Oh! Looks like I'm right…" Wil's eyes lit up as he started receiving EXP continuously even though he already traveled 10 miles.
"Now, the only thing left is to check the range after returning to the wild zone."
He believed the clone functions like his battle companions. Putting the notifications on silent, he continued his search.
They reached the lunar South Pole and saw there's a deep ravine just like the one at Realm of Light.
