"Your Majesty, the formation is being broken," Supreme Commander of Zuweth informed his King as winged lion and the Dinosaur easily went past the front lines.
"I know. You don't need to remind me." The angered King took out his bow and equipped a normal arrow between his fingertips as he felt his mana was restricted.
"Archers, get ready to shoot down that creature…" He ordered the Elite soldiers behind him.
The archers, comprising of players and NPCs, drew their bows and waited until their target gets into the 50-meter range.
Soon, hundreds of arrows were projected towards Rexy that broke through the center layer that was filled with healers, elite soldiers, and the rest of the players.
Most of the players have even a lesser range than 50 meters. So, they shot at a high angle, hoping to hit the target.
Meanwhile, the NPC archers with higher ranges fired the arrows at a low angle.
Even if the formation is broken, they were confident of injuring their enemy that was coming towards them, all alone, except for two more beasts.
However, they underestimated Rexy's strength.
"Charge through them, Rexy. Activating the skill, Head Slam." Upon receiving Wil's order, the dinosaur increased its speed while its head's started to glow for a second before it became shinier.
In the meantime, its attack stat also increased by 50%...
In response to the arrows, instead of defending, it countered them by facing them head-on with its giant head.
Out of seven hundred arrows, around 50-60 successfully met their target but were broken into pieces as soon as they collided with Rexy's head.
"Argh… Dammit…" The King was frustrated as the dinosaur slammed its head into a few Royal knights that left the formation and grouped together to stop it.
But, the result turned out to be disastrous. They were instantly killed and it entered the range of the innermost layer where the Generals are standing.
The Zuweth's King who was standing behind them immediately shot an arrow at this troublesome weird creature.
He knew that Wil was sitting on the creature's back but Rexy's head was too large that it covered him. So, he decided to target this one, first.
However, before it even reached halfway, all of a sudden, a fireball unleashed by Leon blocked the arrow and turns it into ash.
Originally, it doesn't want to help out this newbie that grabbed the attention of its master, however, through their telepathic connection, Wil ordered it not to let Rexy get attacked by the King until they reach him. As for the attack by others, it doesn't need to intervene.
Wil knew that despite being a legendary+ grade, level-400 beast, it wasn't a match for the King even if he doesn't use skills. Unlike him, it's HP and the damage reduction is too less.
With Leon acting as a vanguard, Wil and the dino successfully made it to the innermost layer.
Wil ordered it to stop. They were now, just twenty meters away from the King.
Obeying his order, Rexy stopped, not intending to pass through them.
Before killing the king, Wil intends to kill his generals and the remaining prince who was standing with him.
The thirteen generals, like the Royal knights, clustered together.
Three of them have bows; four of them have spears and the remaining of them have heavy swords in their hands.
However, they hesitate to attack him as Wil looked coldly at them.
As Rexy then lowered its head, the king saw Wil, who was sitting on its back, looked at him coldly, and said, "Greetings King Zuweth, I'm here to deliver to my promise."
Upon hearing his tone, the generals were stiffened as they don't know what they were supposed to do.
All of them realized that this war is meaningless and they turned their heads towards the king, hoping that he will submit.
"You…" The King gritted his teeth in anger, feeling humiliated.
Equipping another arrow, he growled at his Generals, "What are you lot, looking at. Kill this creature."
Then, he turned his head around and said, "Don't bother to intervene. Just fire at the front lines and you lot…"
He roared at the players that have lower rangers, "why are you standing in the back. Go to the front and help them out."
*Swoosh*Swoosh*Swoosh*
All of a sudden, he heard the noise of the arrows. By the time he turned his head and looked at the front, three normal arrows that were released by Wil, struck a couple of generals. Luckily for them, the third one was missed.
The remaining Generals quickly dispersed into the sideways. However, Wil was faster. He shot another three arrows at three more generals.
With his attack speed at its limit, the generals didn't even get the chance to react.
Thankfully, because the arrows traveled in a parallel way with a small gap between each of them, they only struck one general, this time.
"Go…" The King roared and the remaining 10 of them charged towards Rexy.
Since their king was adamant on continue to battle, they had no choice, now.
However, before they even covered half of the distance, Wil continuously shot normal arrows at one after the other, killing one after another, instantly.
As three more of them were killed, suddenly, Wil saw an arrow made its way towards him.
It was from the Zuweth's king who decided to ambush him while he was concentrated on his Generals.
He was confident that Wil would either die or will receive heavy damage once his attack would be successful
The king sure acknowledged Wil's strength. However, he knew that Wil was still a level-300 warrior. So, he thought Wil doesn't possess much life force (HP) and his abilities were concentrated on offense.
The King didn't know Wil had nearly one-third of his own life force. On top of that, he also has a 99% damage reduction. As the system concealed everyone's health, the players didn't know it either.
If they knew it earlier, no one wouldn't even bother to battle and submit directly.
Meanwhile, Wil, who saw the arrow, didn't put his attention on it and continued to shoot.
However, right then, to his surprise, Rexy raised its head and blocked the arrow to protect its master.

It groaned in pain, distracting Wil.
Ten billion of its health was chipped away instantly and it started to bleed.
"Rexy… why did you bother to defend without my order…" Wil stopped shooting for a second and immediately put his palm on its neck. "Heal."
He immediately healed it to its full health and then, jumped from its back.
He originally mounted it, thinking that it was cool but now, he felt it was annoying. What's the use of such tools that were useless to him and in return, depending on him to save them…
Believing that it will only distract him, Wil gave an order, "Rexy, go and run wild. Destroy the city."
"I won't let you do that…" Supreme Commander roared as he almost reached him. Wil glanced at the front and saw there are four more Generals that are right behind him.
He wasn't able to see the other side of the dinosaur but expected the other Generals might have also reached them.
All of a sudden, Zuweth's Supreme Commander raised his sword and tried to attack Wil, changing his target at the last second.
If Wil gets killed, the war will be finished, right away. Who wouldn't be tempted… Not to mention, Wil is an archer. As close combat is a weakness of the archer, Supreme Commander thought Wil was the same.
Even though he wasn't completely confident, he tried his luck. He hoped, at the very least, he would cause heavy damage, so that it would get easier for his King to kill this enemy.
However, just as he leaped towards him and about to swing his sword at Wil, the latter mumbled, "too naïve…"
"Gravity Suppression, activate."
All of a sudden, the Supreme Commander was crashed onto the ground.
Along with him, the king, the other Generals that almost reached Rexy, the Royal Knights in the broken second inner layer, and finally, the remaining healers in the center layer… all of them felt a huge pressure from above their heads.
They were immediately forced to kneel on the ground before fall flat on their faces.
The NPC soldiers and the players that are currently fighting against their enemies of the first and second outer layers in the broken formation halted their battle for a moment and looked in the direction.
The whole battlefield became silent.
