At one of the palace grounds, Bran and a human were locked in a sword battle against each other. Neither of them is getting an upper hand over the other.
The crown princess was busy fending off all the surrounding ambushes on Bran.
Of the remaining two princes who were still alive, one who was freed from the Citadel of Searvale is also acting as a support to Bran and his sister.
As for the other, his location is not known. Bran suspects they were either held at Uflenor kingdom or missing but didn't have the time to look for him as his concentration was on freeing Reverie. He thought of searching for the third prince after winning this war.

Spiridon Moliades was a level-453 Arch Duke, served under the previous king.

There was a difference of more than 150 levels between them and yet, he couldn't even get an upper hand, much defeating him.
And for some reason, never once Bran used any special attack. Spiridon only felt like he was being mocked.
It only made him more frustrated as a result.
Right now, both of them were left with nearly 30% Health. For some reason, Bran was only using Intermediate Health potions that heal 10% of his HP every time he drank it. They also have 30 seconds cooldown.
"As I have said before, you have no chance in this battle, Lord Moliades. Surrender yourself to our Queen. You'll still be spared." Bran spoke to him while launching a barrage of attacks once again.

Blocking all the rapid slashes with his own sword, Spiridon growled, "Never will I accept defeat to a low-level otherworlder. You may be immortal and keep getting resurrected with the creator's grace, but that doesn't mean you are invincible. Graaa…"

Looking at the sword burning in flames, Bran turned serious. "I guess it's time to end the war in one swoop."

Seeing how his ambush missed, Bran followed his strike by unleashing a skill to make sure this finishing strike land on his back as the Governor was about to stand on his feet.

The blade turned suddenly turned into flexible dark energy, which extended rapidly towards the back of Spiridon's neck.
Just as it was about to pierce the target, it was hit by a golden shield from the side and deflect its path, thereby saving the Governor.
Strangely, after colliding with the blade, instead of just falling on the ground, the shield just returns in the same direction.
Bran glanced towards the left and found a girl with a cold gaze as she caught the spear.

We have lost eight generals so far. Just kill that Princess and this war will be over. Meanwhile, I will take care of him."
