Arc-1 Chapter-11: Fearsome Activities of Shirogane Club

Naoya could only blink his eyes.
He talked about his love for Koyuki in front of the militant fan club. He must have stepped on the death flag.... but, what he got back was a mysterious response...
It would have been funny if I was't confused.
(What do you mean "Precious" ?)
While Naoya was still pondering on this all the member started to speak at once.
"Well, I never thought that a man who cares so much about Shirogane-San would appear... Our association will be even busier!" (???#5)
"That' s true! I can't wait to see what is coming next..!" (??#12)
"Is this answer sufficient for you, President-Sama?" (VP)
"It's not bad." (President)
The President also gave a small nod of approval.
For some reason, the mood was harmonious. Even though they were wearing black hoods, I could see that they were all happy to be there.
"Oh, umm..." (Noaya)
In the midst of all this, Naoya raised his voice timidly
"...aren't you going to beat me up or something?" (Naoya)
"Why?" (VP)
The vice-president and the others twisted their heads in confusion.
"Why? I'm the guy who's after Shirogane-San..." (Naoya)
"We are the Shirogane Club. Our mission is to quietly and secretly watch over Koyuki Shirogane." The vice president said proudly.
"We meet once a week to discuss the stories of Shirogane Koyuki and say how 'precious...' she is. We don't resort to violent means." (VP)
"Incidentally, we've recently been promoted to an official club." (VP?)
"With such disturbing activities?!" (Naoya)
Otsuki Gakuen is a school with a free style of schooling as its selling point.
So, I knew that there were some strange and bizarre clubs and societies, but when you approve something like... this, it raises the suspicion that the screening process is nothing more than a monkey wrench.
"Well, if it's a non-violent group, why am I...tied up?" (Naoya)
"That was my order. I thought it sounded interesting. But I think I've had enough already. Release him." (President)
"Yes, Ma'am!" (???#7)
When the President said this without any regret, one of the men came out from amoung the black hoods and untied Naoya's rope. It's a wonderful thing to regain your freedom... but instead of that, black hooded person is peering into Naoya's face, seemingly curious.
"So, how did you and Shirogane-san meet? What was it like to meet her?" (???#7)
"Huh...? I don't think it's particularly interesting story...." (Naoya)
Naoya did as he was asked and gave a brief explanation of how he had saved Koyuki from being picked up, how he had been asked to thank her, and how they had talked at the coffee shop.
Then they all looked up at the ceiling, bit their lips, and said.
"That's the best..." (???#17)
"Too many heartbreaking stories..." (???#10)
"So that's how Shirogane fell..." (???#16)
"Eeeeee..." (???#13)
"How envyable..." (Your TL)
They all started to sob, and Naoya could not help but feel more confused. This is because I could read the nature of the comments, and also the fact that they meant what they said...
There was not even a hint of hostility towards Naoya in them. It was just purely filled with a strange warmth of support for Naoya and Koyuki.
"Eh, I didn't think so, but you guys are...." (Naoya)
Naoya timidly posed a question to the group.
"You kidnapped me from the ..... to ask me the details of my and Shirogane-San's love life?" (Naoya)
"That's right." (President)
The President nodded easily.
The others responded, "What other reason could there be?" There were no lies in there at all.
"No, no, no, no. If that's the case, what was that you said earlier? 'If you're half-hearted, you'll get what you deserve.' what's with that!?" (Naoya)
"If you don't come prepared, you'll be hurt when Shirogane Koyuki rejects you. That's what I meant when I asked. But you seem fine." (President)
"You were just giving me advice!?" (Naoya)
Naoya shouted his tsukkomi with all his might.
(These guys are for real! Seriously, they just want to keep an eye on Shirogane-San...!)
Aside from the appearance, it was a rather ordinary fan club meeting of an idol.
But Naoya scowled at them all.
"No, but you can't trust a girl, let alone a guy?! I mean, I know you're thinking about going out with her or something, aren't you?!" (Naoya)
"I don't think so. Shirogane-San is a bit more of a distant person, you know?" (???#3)
"Lions are cute when you look at them from the outside, but it takes courage to play with them in a cage. That's pretty much it." (???#7)
"Ugh .., do they really mean it...?!" (Naoya)
My personality, which can see through lies, exposes a sober and unpleasant truth.
In other words, they simply like Shirogane Koyuki.
There are no romantic feelings involved, and they watch over her with the pure fondness of rooting for an idol on the other side of the TV.
(That's scary, though?!)
It seems that Koyuki is emitting some kind of pheromone that attracts not only Naoya but also other weirdos.
