Arc-1 Chapter-9: Shirogane Club

"What's with all the frantic actions!?" (Naoya)
"Shut up!" (???)
Naoya shouted as hard as he could, but the main suspect, a male student, just gave a curt reply. He was tied up with ropes and carried like a piece of luggage. Naoya was taken to the audio-visual room. This school has a number of such rooms, and clubs or associations can rent them if they apply.
In a dimly lit room with blackout curtains drawn, students in hoods were lined up. There were about twenty of them. Naoya was sitting on his knees in the middle of the room, surrounded by the students, who were standing still and silent.
It was quite a bizarre scene.
In the midst of all this, the male student who initiated the abduction announces in a flat voice.
"I have a few questions for you. You should stay silent for now." (???)
"What, are you gonna lynch me?" (Naoya)
"Well, that depends your attitude." (???)
"If it is... then " (Naoya)
With a sigh, Naoya scowled at the group surrounding him.
"Third from the right there. You're in the same class as me, Yoshino, right?" (Naoya)
"Ha(What)?!" (Yoshino)
One of the masked men, Yoshino, shhdders.
"Wait, wait, wait! How did you know? I haven't said a word since I've got here. Have I?" (Yoshino)
"I can tell by the way you look and the way you walk. And next to you is Harada from Class 5. And Saito from class 2." (Naoya)
""HEEE!?"" (Harada&Saito)
Harada and Saito also responded in a similar way.
Finally, Naoya glared at the leader of the group, causing him to flinch.
"I don't know your name unfortunately, but from your physique you're probably in the sports... No, baseball club." (Naoya)
"E...h... H,How did y-you know...?" (???)
"Yoshi, I got it right. Now I've memorized your voice and physique. So I can easily look you up later." (Naoya)
Naoya smirked provocatively.
This level of deduction is a piece of cake. Hiding one's face does not hide one's character.
"So there's no point in hiding your face. Let's just talk calmly to each other here, okay?" (Naoya)
Looking around at the group, Naoya chuckled.
Thanks to this, they all turned to look at each other with their masks on.
"I've heard the rumours.... but, this guy is scary..." (???#2)
"He's like a modern-day Sherlock◉Holmes " (???#3)
"He really looks like the hero of a drama! Maybe next time Holmes gets picked up, I should have them pulled instead." (???#4)
"Oh, I think I might have a chance! I've got to save up some of my stones..!" (???#5)
"I don't know if this is creepy or scary....." (YourTL)
The masked men were sneaking around talking to each other. And apparently, some of them are girls.
(Seriously, why did these guys kidnap me....)
Naoya could only ponder.
I offered to have a calm discussion with them, but to be honest, I had no idea what they were trying to accomplish. The only thing I could sense from them was an overwhelming sense of curiosity. That's all.
They look and act like radical pagans themselves, but they don't seem to be planning to do any immediate harm.
As I stared at them, the leader shrugged his shoulders.
"...but, you missed one bit of information. Sorry to say, I'm not the leader, I'm just the VP" (???>VP)
"Well then, where is the president?" (Naoya)
"Here." (President)
"Whao!" (Naoya)
Suddenly, a presence appeared behind me.
When I looked over, I saw a new black hood standing right behind ms. She was a petite girl. Probably a freshman.
As soon as she appeared, the black hoods all bowed their heads in unison.
"Thank you for your hard work! President!" (All 20)
"Yes. Good evening." (President)
The president, a small female student, nodded nonchalantly.
It seems that she really is the leader.
