Today was the triplets birthday, inside the Aoki mansion Nathan and Elise were greeted by everyone they pass by as they walk towards the dining area of their house where both of their parents are waiting.
"Awww….my Darlings are now awake… did you both sleep well?" Asked mother Aoki in her sweet voice as she hugs both her children.

"Will Ethan be here tonight too? It is also his birthday after all" Nathan misses his youngest brother since it's been five months since the last time he saw him. "Ethan won't be attending the party tonight, Nathan, you need to get used to not seeing him even during your birthdays, you can just write a letter and give it to then I will try to send it to him later, so don't worry anymore son" answer father Aoki in a dull voice as he stated those thing to his oldest son who misses his youngest.

That very night, the whole mansion is in a celebratory mood as guest keeps on coming in to greet the celebrants. Their close family, friends and some of the business partners of the Aoki enterprise were invited to celebrate the birthday of Nathan and Elise. Before the celebration started Mother Aoki talked to Nathan, saying that she can't reach Ethan's phone that is why she just pretended to send the message that Nathan have type in her phone in order to send it to Ethan.
While everyone are happily celebrating Ethan saw how happy everyone is celebrating the birthday of his older brother and sister while he is there outside waiting inside the car thinking that it is also his birthday too. He felt so lonely that even his older brother Nathan didn't even call or text him any message or even invite him back there to celebrate with everyone. He gets out of the car, but he didn't even attempt to take one step closer to his house cause he knew if he did his father will get mad at him. He was just there outside watching while his tears continued to fall. Without him noticing, his maternal grandparents arrive late tonight and saw him standing outside the house as he cries. They both wanted to approach him, but when they saw him crying as he looks at the house full of lively music and celebratory atmosphere. Grandpa Go, get down of the car, but when he was about to approach him, Ethan went inside the car then the car drove off. Grandpa Go immediately hop in the car and told their driver to follow Ethan's car. When they reach the apartment residence, they started to wonder why their youngest grandson goes to this area of the capital. Both Grandpa go asked his assistant to follow Ethan and find out why he is here. After 30 minutes the assistant came back with another person behind him. And that person is none other than Arata, Arata knows the maternal Grandparents of the triplets since they were the once who assign him to take care of Ethan when he was still a kid.
"Master Go, good evening sir" Politely greeted Arata to Grandpa go
"Arata, I will not beat around the bush, what are you and my grandson doing in this place? Today is his birthday too why is not in the mansion?" Asked the still clueless grandpa go while grandma go just listens
"about that, young master Ethan lives in one of the apartments upstairs, I am the one who is taking care of all his needs for and unto why he is not at the party, master Aoki didn't mention anything about allowing young master Ethan to join it" stated Arata
"living here? Since when? And why the hell would they isolate their own child and leave him here all alone, even if you are beside him he is still young to be on his own, he still needs his parents!" shouted grandpa go
"I am aware of that, sir, but master Aoki just stated that since young master Ethan is an omega he needs to avoid any danger or anything of that sort from happening and to answer since when did we start living here, it has now been 5 months since we came here sir"
"Did my daughter even visited her own son?" asked grandma go. Her heart aches hearing what her daughter and son-in-law have done to their youngest child just because he is an omega.

"how about today did they even call him, greeted him happy birthday at least"
"no madam, young master Ethan called them numerous times since yesterday, but not once did they answered, young master Ethan should have not gone to the mansion today but I took him there because he wanted to see his family, he pleaded me yesterday to take him there and now I regretted it, It breaks my heart to see him like that, he was staring at his joyful house while he was there outside all alone crying even though it is also his birthday. He went straight to his bedroom when we reach the apartment. Master, Madam I promise that I will give all the love that young master Ethan needs I will treat like my own son, protect him with my own life just to not see him like that again" said the now crying Arata. The assistant of grandpa go comforted him while he cries. Both the elder feels so sorry towards their youngest grandson for the treatment that he receives from his parents.
"please do treat him well Arata, you are the only one who can give him everything that will make him happy so please…I'm leaving my grandson in your care Arata" says grandma go as she cries in her husband's shoulder.
"I will do my best madam" Arata bow as a form of respect and thankfulness filled his heart. Now he just need to make Ethan forget all the painful memory.
'Arata, my grandson…take care of Ethan for us, leave the matter about his parents to us it may come to worst that only Ethan will be my grandson but as much as possible I don't want that to happen, we will talk about this to his paternal grandparents too, I know john loves his grandchildren too whether they are alphas or omega" said grandpa go as he looks Arata straight to his eyes.

"BUTLER ARATA! YOUNG MASTER ETHAN STAB HIMSELF!" shouted one of the maids that also lives with them. When Arata heard her, he immediately run back to the apartment without looking back at the elders. While grandpa go's assistant immediately called for an ambulance which arrive after 15 minutes. Both grandpa and grandma go were both dumbfounded when they heard what just happened. They came back to their senses when they saw their grandson's body cover with blood. Ethan cut his both of this wrist and stab his stomach, the knife was still in the stomach but Ethan is now unconscious. The ambulance hurriedly took him to the nearest hospital where both grandpa and grandma go followed them. Ethan was taken inside the surgery room, fortunately no internal organs were damage but he lose a lot of blood that led him a cardiac arrest while the doctors are doing the surgery. Thankfully they revive him on time and finish up the surgery but because of what happen they needed to keep him in the ICU for 24-hrs just to check on his condition now and then. When the surgery ended, the doctor told the elders that Ethan is now safe but because of the cardiac arrest during the surgery they need to keep watching him. It was never a good sign for any doctor having their patients go in cardiac while in surgery. Grandpa go told his assistant to call Ethan's parents and paternal grandparents to let them know what happen to Ethan.. They could visit tomorrow when Ethan gets to transfer to the private room.
