After Ethan left Dr. Jessica's office she then called Elise, informing her that Ethan is indeed pregnant. She was the one that Elise asked to inform her when Ethan would have himself check in an Ob-Gyne. Dr. Jessica never thought that the one that Elise found as her surrogate mother for her husband's child was her very own brother. She might have suggested surrogacy but she never suggested to Elise using her very own brother.
"Ms. Elise, Ethan is indeed pregnant. Your…your plan was a success. He is now carrying your husband's baby" said Dr. Jessica who is now talking to Elise over the phone.
"Finally! How far is he?" Elise had been waiting for the good news and she even thought that her plan had failed. She doesn't want to let her husband spend another night with Ethan.
"three months"
"Great! Thank you, Dr. Jessica, you will be the Ob-Gyne doctor of my brother for next month after that you can assign someone else to do the job since you will be out for your maternity leave, right? And did you also have a copy of the ultrasound of Ethan?"
"that's right, a doctor would be replacing me after next month, I will introduce her to you before I go on my maternity leave. I did what you asked me with regards to the ultrasound, it is currently in my possession as we speak. But Ms. Elise you know that if someone knew about this, I will lose my license."
"Alright, thank you very much for all your help. I'll get the copy tomorrow and about that, no one will know about it as long as no one would say a thing to anybody. Anyway, I will ask someone to pick up my brother later and someone would talk to Ethan's boss as well."
"what do you mean?" Dr. Jessica doesn't understand what Elise is talking about. Her husband was the co-worker of Ethan and there was even a time her husband was Ethan's superior but right at that moment, Ethan's superior is Dr. Inoue who is currently overlooking Ethan's fellowship training.
"Nothing! I'll be hung up now, thank you again for informing me. bye," Elise didn't wait for Dr. Jessica anymore and just ended the call. Her plan work, after all, it just took her a lot of time before she can go on to the next step.
Elise called her mother, telling her that Ethan is now pregnant with her husband's child. She asked her mom to call Ethan back home or if possible have his brother pick Ethan up with the excuse of being called by grandpa Aoki. She knew that Ethan would not go back to the Aoki residence after what happened but she needed him back there no matter what.

Later that day, Ethan's work ended around 6 in the evening, he was feeling a little hungry after his shift. He had decided to eat something that he is currently craving for and that is seafood, at the same time Dr. Inoue and Dr. Kimura were also done with their shift and were about to eat dinner as well.
"Dr. Ethan! done with your shift?" asked Dr. Inoue, he might be the current superior of Ethan but he doesn't handle all the schedule of the doctor. Rather, ever since Ethan became a fellow, he started having a lot of patients under him. Aside from that, he also assists Dr. Inoue with his patients since he is his fellow.
"Yes, Dr. Inoue. Good evening Dr. Kimura" Ethan rarely sees Dr. Kimura which is why whenever he sees him, he would always greet him.
"Hello, Dr. Aoki, are you going somewhere?" asked Dr. Kimura
"ah, I was thinking of going to a seafood restaurant, I'm somehow craving for some shrimps, lobsters, and more. Argh thinking about it is making my mouth water."
"hahaha!, Me and Dr. Inoue are also about to grab dinner, why don't we go together. Seafood sounds nice too, right Hideki?" This was the first time that Ethan heard Dr. Kimura say the first name of Dr. Inoue, although he already knows their first names, he just finds it very sweet whenever Dr. Kimura calls Dr. Inoue by his name which also goes the same to the other.
"Well, I don't mind eating seafood, and hearing Dr. Ethan say all those seafood a while ago also made my mouth water. Let's go! We three can have dinner, I know a great seafood restaurant." Said, Dr. Inoue
"But, Is it really alright for me to join? Won't I be a bother between the two of you?" Asked Ethan
"what are you talking about? How are you a bother? It is a great night for us three to get to know each other more aside from our work inside the hospital. So let's go" said Dr. Kimura, being an omega himself, he likes the idea of having more omega friends that he can get close into. Since most of his co-workers are Alphas like his lover, he wanted to at least have a few Omega friends that are also working in the hospital.
"Alright, I-" Just before Ethan could answer back, the three of them heard someone call for Ethan's name.
"Ethan!" It was Nathan who out of nowhere calls out the name of his brother. He was asked by his mother to pick up Ethan after work under the excuse of being called by their grandparents. He knew that something must have happened for him to be the one to pick up his brother. Ethan became hostile towards their mother and sister after that night but he still respects his father and older brother, as well as their grandparents. Unknown to him, even his father and older brother knew about what Elise did and they turned a blind eye to it.

I've decided to place three more chapter so that the total number of my updates for these two days are 10 chpaters. I hope that you like how the story progess. Also I've read a few of your comments, asking me how long will our dear Ethan need to suffer or when will he be happy. My answer is....hehehe just wait :) our dear Ethan would one day be happy.
