After both Dr. Lin and Dr. Jessica left Ethan's room, they went to the living room to give the copy to Elise. Dr. Lin made sure that he guides his very pregnant wife as they walk, he is being careful to not let his wife and unborn child be in any sort of accident while walking. Once they finish giving the ultrasound copy to Elise, they both excuse themselves and went home. On their way home Dr. Jessica explains everything to her husband, she made sure to say everything and didn't even miss any detail.
"So that is why she made Ethan sleep with her husband, all because of the agreement of her and her mother-in-law she made her brother's life miserable. I can't believe that she has the guts to do that to him just because she wasn't accepted by her husband's family." Said Dr. Lin as he summarizes everything that he heard from his wife.
"Yes, and I did suggest that she can have someone as a surrogate mother any woman or an omega to carry her husband's child. But I also told her to talk to her husband about it but by the looks of it, she didn't tell him anything. Also, I never suggested to her to set up her own brother into doing it! I..I.." "I understand honey, and just like what I said earlier to Ethan we will repent until he trusts and forgives us once again. I know that one day he will forgive you but for now, we should help him out in however way we could. So talk to Dr. Melissa and make sure that she helps out as well and not be bribed by Elise." Dr. Lin didn't want his wife to be too stress which might affect her pregnancy. Dr. Jessica is in her last trimester of pregnancy and she would just need to stay in a few weeks before going on maternity leave. She started recommending her other patients to other doctors too, that way they can go directly to them while she is on her leave.

Meanwhile, when Ethan was finally alone in his room, he first looked at the ultrasound picture that was left by Dr. Jessica on his desk. He was so happy to know that he is carrying twins but at the same time, he became scared of what will happen when his sister got to know about him carrying twins. Knowing that the objective of his sister was to get his child and who knows Elise might take both of his children if he doesn't do anything about it.
He has to finish the business proposal that he is making together with Mikel, if everything goes well he can plan out his escape. He might need to leave the country to hide from the eyes of his family. As long as he can be together with his children he would do anything even if that includes him cutting ties with them or changing his whole identity like his name.
While Ethan was finishing the proposal, he receives an email from a hospital in country A. He also receive an email from Dr. Inoue a month ago but he didn't open it, he is a little bit afraid of what he might read in it. When Ethan opened the email he got to know that it is from 'Elite A Private Hospital' the very hospital where both Dr. Inoue and Dr. Kimura were working in country A.
The letter consists of two things, one is the application exam and the other one was the recommendation letter that was made by Dr. Inoue. The hospital received the credibility of Ethan while he was working in all of the hospitals when he was still a university student. The president of CGH helped out getting some of the information about Ethan, from the university up to all the other hospitals he had worked at, even though it is just a short period of time.
"It seems like God hasn't given up on me. I will need to contact Dr. Inoue for this" said Ethan as he begins to type his reply to the hospital. He sees this as an opportunity of being able to start once again in the medical field that he loves.
As Ethan types his reply he caresses his belly as if reassuring himself that his babies would be with him when he goes to country A. He won't let his family take his babies even one of his twins. He will need to cut ties with them no matter what, if he has to hide then he would as long as his children are with him.
Ethan finishes doing everything that he has to do, he sent the final details of the business proposal that they have talked about. Ethan and Mikel plan to start a jewelry company that they hope to become bigger in the future. Mikel's lover is a designer while Mikel likes all kinds of jewels or stones used in jewelry even if it's a rare one. He even started to research more about mines in which he can found all those stones.

"Why do you care about what I want? Isn't that no longer applicable in my case?"
"Ethan, I know that you are still angry with all of us but I still wanted to help you even if by just buying what you want"
"I don't want anything, even if I am craving for a bar of white chocolate or something else, none of that is what I want the most. If you really want to help me then let me out of this place that is what I really want." Ethan faced him and made a look of sarcasm while he said those.
"Ethan, you know that I can't do that. I-"
"then leave me alone, I don't need you nor anyone who won't even help me out of this horrible place. To begin with, this very house wasn't even where I grew up since your dad kick me out of this place right?"
"he is also your dad and he didn't kick you out, he was just watching out for you since you are about to start your heat that time."
