After Ethan talk with Mikel, he ate his meal and rest since he feels a little sleepy even though it was only afternoon. Lucas would normally call him around 10 in the evening or earlier than that. He already got used to Lucas calling him at night and it was making him feel at ease. The other would sometimes ask him about his pregnancy since he did get to know the whole situation of Ethan. He even offered to help him get out of there but Ethan just stop him since he is very aware of the influence of his family, Lucas's family might be a business tycoon but their influence in country J was not that big compare to the Aoki and Go family, plus the one he is carrying has the blood of the Hideaki which is also from a very influential family. So helping Ethan escape might get into a more complicated matter than an easier one.
That is one reason why Ethan didn't accept his offer rather he asked him to help him get out of the country after he gave birth. He wants to make sure that he and his twins would be able to escape the country. He already made plans with Dr. Melissa about his escape once he gives birth to his children. He will need to talk to Ken about it too so that his lover would agree to go with him to country A and start a new life there. But telling Ken is a little bit difficult with how little time the other would call him or even text him. Meanwhile, Dr. Melissa is done with her shift and she was about to go to the Aoki family residence where Elise was there. Around the time when Elise announce her pregnancy to the public, she asked her husband Hideaki to let her stay at her parent's house instead. "hmp! we made a deal Dr. Melissa and as long as you give me the children of Ethan then I will let you go wherever country you want to go plus the living expenses would only consist of a whole year after that you are on your own as per what we have talked about"
