Everyone has been feeling anxious unto what is now happening to Ethan inside the operating room. It has been two hours ever since Ethan was rush inside the operating room and no one, not even a nurse has gone out of the room. Both Grandma Go and Grandma Aoki were sitting at the side bench with mother Aoki while all of the men remain standing as they just can't feel at ease sitting while waiting for any news about Ethan.
As the clock strike for another hour just passed, the operating room door finally opened and Dr. Sato came out of it. At the same time, few men in black came together with a middle age man leading them.
"Dr. Sato! How is Ethan doing?" anxiously asked Grandpa Go.
"Old Master Go, please do wait for Dr. Akifumi to finish the operation, and he will explain everything to all of you but for now, Ethan is now safe but he will most probably need to stay in the ICU for the next few days as he lose way too much blood this time. Currently, Dr. akifumi already requested another bag of blood for Ethan since they have already used two bags of blood while they are doing the operation. This matter was way too serious compare to yesterday, so please do wait for Dr. Akifumi to explain it further and much more detailed to all of you."
"Please! Do everything you have to keep my grandson safe, please!" pleaded grandma Go. She knew that Ethan would want to live his life happily but it became harder for him since he was an omega. Grandma go blames herself for not thinking of the possibility that her omega grandson would receive unfair treatment from his own family since his mother was raise by his omega grandma.
"please don't worry, Dr. Akifumi is doing his best to keep him alive and safe but please do pray also that Ethan would be fine. I believe that prayer can be the most helpful thing to do for Ethan as well." Said Dr. Sato.
"Dr. Sato! I have heard of what happened here and my secretary also said that you called the security team? Why is that?" asked the middle age men who just arrived happened to be the Director of the Hospital as well as the father of Dr. Sato.
"Dad, I mean Director Sato, yes, I did called them here since some of the nurses of the VIP area told me that before Ethan was found on the ground, a few people came to visit him thus, I want you guys to check everything and investigate this matter thoroughly, I want results as soon as possible. Also try not to make too much noise about what happened here, we don't want the media nor the authorities to get any news about this. do you all understand?" Said Dr. Sato as he instructs the men in black to what is the job that they need to do.
"yes sir!" said all of the men in black. After that they politely leave the area and begun to investigate about the matter. It was a good thing that it happened within the VIP Area, which is the most secured area in the hospital. All of the assigned staff there had to sign an agreement of not even a word of scandal was to get known outside that ward or else they will need to compensate a large amount of money and termination of their contract if ever they spread anything. They are all tight lip even to their close friend that works in the hospital as well.
"Old master Go and Old Master Aoki, please re-assured that Dr. Akifumi is one of the best surgeons we have here in our hospital so he will do his best to save your grandson," Said Director Sato to both Old master GO and Old master Aoki, making all of them feel at ease.
Another hour pass and this time, Dr. Akifumi finally came out of the Operating room. They all looked at him with anticipation of hearing a good news about Ethan.
"Doctor! How is my grandson doing? Is he safe? Is he out of danger?" asked grandpa go.
"The surgery was successful however Ethan would be transferred back to the ICU since his current situation is not favorable. He lost to much blood, and he had to be revived two times by Dr. Sato before he was sent inside the operating room and lastly the glass shard that was stuck in his previous wound broke inside his body that is why it took us longer than expected to get those shards. To make sure that we were able to remove all of the glass shards, we would need to get an x-ray of him just in case there are still some more shards that we haven't remove. For now, I would very much want to scold everyone here but upon hearing what the nurses said a while ago, I would not do so since none of you knew what really happened inside the room of Ethan. Also, I want to hear it all from Ethan himself as well but with his current state, it would be very hard to determine when he will wake up." Said Dr. Akifumi. Sobs of Ethan's grandmothers can be heard throughout the hallway while his mother just can't believe what she is hearing. Her son, whom she paid less attention ever since she gave birth to him, almost died even though they are just near him. Her tears won't stop falling as her husband hugs her tightly, they both failed as his parents. They both didn't do their own part to give him all the love that he needed instead they paid no attention of him and ignore him even though he was doing his best to get their attention.
"Is he out of danger then?" asked director Sato who was still there.
"for now yes, but if by chance he would go into another attack, I cannot say he will survive anymore. And I do hope that I was able to remove all those glass shards in his body or else he would need to undergo another surgery and if he do, we will need a lot of blood again for him"
"I see, then the wound was so deep that it is difficult even for you to perform the surgery without having a back-up of blood, am I correct?"
"yes, director. That is why I would also need to ask everyone here that can donate blood or any young relatives of yours who has the same blood type as Ethan to donate. We do hope that we would not use those blood to Ethan anymore, but just in case he would need it at the very least you were all able to help him add more to his life. Although I did request some more bags from the blood bank but it would take them three days before they would send it here so if anyone can donate please do so."
"very well, we will ask our other children to donate if that is the way we could help Ethan then we would be happy to do so." Said grandpa go.. All of them were relieved to know that Ethan was now safe even if there was the uncertainty that his life could still be in danger, they are just all relief to know that he could live more even after what just happened.
