"*giggle* Alice, don't blame Dr. Janice since it was supposed to be my day off today. I was at my office when the head nurse called me earlier, there was a patient in the emergency room that needs emergency surgery. It just so happen that all of the on-duty surgeons during that time are already occupied. All of them are inside the OR doing their respected scheduled operation, right Dr. Anthony?" said Ethan as he explains to his friend in which Dr. Anothy nodded to tell them it's true.
"I see, anyway! Are you done with your work here? Did you already have lunch? Let's go and eat lunch together, Allen won't be able to join me since he has a meeting after here"
"Well, I just need to go to the patient's room that I just operated on, I just receive a message that the family members of the patients have arrived. I will meet them now and if you can wait for a little then as soon as I am done we can go and eat lunch."
"OK! I'll wait for you in your office then"
"No, wait for him in a nearby nurse station with me, I bet the office of Ethan is far from the patient's room so! As the doctor of both of you, do me a favor and not stress yourself. I know that walking is good for pregnant mothers but this building is too big and who knows what might happen over the time that Ethan is walking." Said Dr. Janice who was quietly watching the two talking with each other about their plan. Hearing what Dr. Janice said all of them became quiet and Allen look at Ethan with his eyes so big due to shock. All of them have the same reaction aside from Dr. Janice.

"No, rather we asked my sister if my body is ready to conceive another child. I told you that I want to have three or four kids. Allen also wants to have a big family as I do. What about you Ethan, are you pregnant? Sis, why didn't you tell me?"
"Right, the two of you now have two kids but wouldn't it be too early to get pregnant again? Your second child just turned 1 a week ago.
"That is what I also told her, her body might have recovered completely but as of now they still need to wait for two more months before they can conceive again." Said, Dr. Janice
"yes, yes, we know. HMP! Sis, you didn't tell me that Ethan is pregnant! Ethan are you really pregnant?"

"well…I am currently 11 weeks now so in just a week, I would be entering the safe stage of my pregnancy. The timing was just right, since next week we will be flying to country S then next month we'll be flying to country J. Lucas and I was supposed to announce about my pregnancy the day before our flight. We were planning to invite everyone that we are close with for a dinner as an early celebration of our wedding anniversary and announcement too. That is why I didn't tell you so please don't tell the others, please."
"That long and yet I didn't notice anything at all, how did you hide it huh!"
"Dr. Anthony, I am wearing clothes that won't show my belly, thankfully I was able to keep the scrub that I used during my pregnancy and that is what I am using now. So no one would be able to tell that I am pregnant, my morning sickness is over and no one notice it right? I hide it pretty well *smile*" Everyone around Ethan can tell that the omega had fun hiding the fact that he is pregnant. He knew that his belly is starting to show and they haven't announced his pregnancy yet so he need to hide it.
"*sigh* you had your fun, huh anyway, don't worry Dr. Janice I will look out for him, or else Lucas would murder me for sure. As for you my dear preggy friend, my lips are sealed and I won't tell any of our other friends *smile* let's have fun hiding it from them" said Dr. Jeremy to Ethan. Within the hospital, they have a circle of friends that are from different departments. Most of them are the ones who were the same age as the two. They are all mixed when it comes to their second genders. They are not biased when it is about their second gender, it doesn't matter if they are alpha, beta, or even omega. They view each other equally as much as possible plus most of them are already married or bonded and have children like Ethan. Their children also became good friends, especially those who are much older than Asher(Ethan's son).
