"We got her."

On the screen, all that was left after the massive clash was Sirius. Well, not exactly. Immediately, Altair reappeared on the screen once more in the form of information blocks. Her confident expression was broken down as she willed herself to "recover" from that attack.

(A/N: Information blocks are the blue glitchy bit effects.)

"After all that..."

"She can still recover."

Everyone inside the room wore livid expressions, everyone except for one man. Slowly, he fell deeper into a state of emptiness. Nobody noticed him and Kuroneko who did not go back after going out for a can of coffee. Everyone was so focused on the "final" fight shown on the screen that they did not mind.

"Tsk. You got—"

Pssshk-!

"—me."

The two-bladed spear passed through Altair's chest.

[Sixty-sixth Movement of Cosmos: Existence Change].

Sirius silently activated her trump card. It does one thing: taking over "Altair". Be it her personality, powers, and everythiorelse, she will inherit them. The only change between her and Altair is that she does not have Altair's motivation of ending the world.

"You..." Altair muttered with her last breath. "...g... u."

Soon, she disappeared. The "noise blocks" that represented her in this world disappeared into the wind. All that was left is the empty gaze that Sirius carried on her since the beginning. That, and the two-bladed spear that she held since the beginning.

"We... We did it?"

"A...ah?"

"...Is this it? The end?"

Seeing this result, everyone calmed down. The ones in the control room let out a long sigh of relief as they saw Altair's existence meter turn to zero. Different from the acceptance meter, it is designed to measure the level of "exposure" in the real world. As long as it hits zero, they were kicked out of this world.

"..."

Suddenly, a person amongst them captured an irregularity. He had an uncanny feeling about Sirius just as he turned her back on them. For some reason, he had a deja vu. He was the closest one to Altair amongst the creations here, which is why he felt this way.

Bam-!

A large mech crashed down to the ground. It was none other than Gundam Unicorn. As a result of being beaten up too much by Qan [T], it was forced out of the Destroyer Mode. A cloud of dust was kicked up, blinding everyone of their vision—except Kanoya.

"Seven people..." Qan [T]'s pilot murmured low enough to be not understood by Kanoya.

"Gundam-san! It's over. Altair was defeat—"

"No."

A sound refusal greeted him from the opposite line. It was a definite rebuttal that left him with no other questions.

"Remember, Kanoya." The pilot said. "It is just starting."

Meanwhile, Madoka chanted something in a low voice. She used her power to shield as much as she could, resulting in Blitz not being able to hear it while carrying her in his arms.

"From the inner sea of the planet..."

A smirk. The signature smile of a villain about to turn the tables on the heroes. Fortunately, it wasn't only Blitz who felt that way.

"She's missing her personality... It is blank."

"It is a part of the setting. The stories and the foreshadowing is limited enough to not acquire the audiences' acceptance."

"Like a thick plot armor, alright."

After ending his short conversation with Meteora, he looked toward the "pitiable" girl. She was only created as a stand-in—a clone that could fight against this world's strongest. She served no other purpose than that, which is why he pitied her.

"From the tower of insight..."

"Huh?"

Yuuya noticed the abnormality that Sirius had. Just as he was about to look at her in the front, he saw her smirk with his peripheral vision. A chill was sent down his spine. Deductions came into his mind one by one. After reaching an ending, all he ever wanted is to try and prevent it from happening.

"From the four corners of paradise..."

"...Damn."

His mind reacted in an instant. Yuuya sent out Hangaku and ordered her to attack Sirius.

Hum-!

Buzz-!

Instantly, Hangaku was obliterated. She turned into an information block before being removed from this world.

"Shou!"

Receiving his call, Shou summoned forth Bayard. It swiftly went through all the reflections before arriving right behind "Sirius". It brandished the silver rapier that it wielded straight toward the back of her head.

Swooosh-!

Crack-!

Shatter-!

Like a mirror, Bayard broke into countless shards. It also turned into information blocks the same way as Hangaku; its end was no different from hers.

"From the four corners of paradise, let them know..."

"Shou!"

Hum.

A huge shockwave occurred with Sirius at its epicenter. Information blocks went through her once, changing her appearance. Now, she looks more like... Altair. Her white suit was replaced with a military coat and a red bodysuit. Her strong aura filled up Sirius' entire body.

"Kukh..."

A stifling laughter came from Sirius'... no, Altair's mouth.

"The [Sixty-sixth Movement]...  That's what you gave to her to defeat me. She had abilities that I did not have. But, you have forgotten something... Meteora." Altair said with extreme confidence. "I am infinite. Countless abilities are acquired by myself every day. While they are vile, these gods are powerful once together. Just like now."

"...their story is filled with blessings. Only those free of sins may pass..."

"You did not take this into full account, Meteora. Sadly, you lost."

Suddenly, her aura became different. The air of superiority was still there, but some sort of restraint blended into it. She was no longer an arrogant brat who got too overconfident in herself. Now, she is a cold general who planned out everything.

"Blitz. You are the only one left."

"It seems so." He replied with a helpless sigh.

To this middle-aged man, Altair felt something complex. He was the only one who treated her like a decent "human" being. Perhaps, he saw the image of his daughter on her. In the end, she lacks affection. All she ever received was the dark emotions that Setsuna had ever felt toward these disgusting human beings.

"Once we finish your story, this farce ends."

Birdcage is built from intricately connected stories. Each creation inside had a part in its creation. Once everyone reached their conclusion, this birdcage would collapse. It would signify the collision of all worlds that Altair is about to bring forth.

"Judgment will be brought towards those vile gods."

Suddenly, Madoka's shout rang out. It is one capable of twisting the texture of this world itself—one that has been undocumented during the time they created their revisions.

"Garden... of Avalon!"

At that moment, the entire birdcage was turned into a sea of flowers.
