After Nirra left, she ascended the stairs and, from there, backtracked her footsteps, which made her end up facing the front desk where Hendrick was waiting.

"Finally done?" He questioned as he bent down to grab the logbook from earlier.

"Yeah, I also cleaned up the room afterwards," Nirra replied.

"Thank ye for cleaning up then." He smiled with his arms around his waist.

"I didn't really have a choice, to be fair." She shrugged as Hendrick gave her a chuckle.

Well, I'm glad our services were to yer liking." He then pointed at the blank spot on the page that carried her credentials. "Just sign here, and yer be on your merry way." He continued.

Nirra nodded, grabbed a quill from the table, and started scribbling down her signature. After she was done, she bid Hendrick farewell as she walked out of the building and onto the cobblestone road. She noticed that the sun was almost above her head, meaning it was already close to noon.

She then walked back towards the inn, but not before losing herself deep in thought as she traversed her way back.

'I need to make more gunpowder; the problem is that I don't have any of the materials needed. I guess I need to take a doomslime extermination quest again, only this time I'll have to do it myself with the help of Ellie and Ameria' She thought.

Once she finally arrived at the inn and entered the building, She spotted Ameria and Ellie eating what looked like lunch since Nirra had spent six hours inside the forge. Ellie noticed her and waved to get her attention. She approached the two not long afterwards.

"Hey, sis, we saw your note. Did you even eat anything before heading towards that forging thing?" She asked with a bit of worry in the tone of her voice.

"Indeed, we were quite worried, so we ordered extra food." Ameria turned her eyes to the plate of food next to theirs.

"Oh, Thanks a lot, you two; I was so hungry," Nirra then sat up on the chair and started eating.

Their lunch consisted of sausages along with rice and veggies. While eating, she was surprised to see Mofu jump onto the table with a slice of garlic bread in his jaw, which startled Nirra, who was enjoying her food. The small fox then placed the slice on her plate with an audible Mofu!

"For me? Thanks, Mofu," Nirra said while smiling. She then proceeded to pat and rub the chin of her small companion.

"Sooo, sis, what have you been working on while inside the forge? I see you brought your little secret," She said, whispering.

"Secret?" Ameria reepated as Nirra mentally facepalmed at Ellie's slip of the tongue.

"Sorry, sis!" Ellie apologized as she hugged her sister.

"What did I say about being careful about 'that?" Nirra said, ending with a sigh.

"If you do not want to answer this question, Nirra, then it's fine, but what secret are you two talking about?" Ameria whispered and leaned towards the two.

"You have to give me your word; you do not tell a soul about this," Nirra said, whispering.

"Of course, not another soul shall hear of this conversation," she answered.

"Okay, I designed a special type of rotary tool that could generate rotational power using elemental magic," Nirra answered briefly.

"Incredible, so it spins on its own with just the power of elemental magic?" She said.

"Yes, think of it like a waterwheel you can carry everywhere where you want something to spin," she continued.

"Why haven't you patented this? This could be a game changer to many industries such as woodworking, farming, and transportation, to name a few, she said and paused for a bit. "You can even earn millions by just making this kind of tool available to the people who want to start a business," She continued, still whispering.

"That would be true, but if that were to happen, then our enemies will surely want to get their hands on it. Once that happens, it would be a matter of time before they start using it for their own benefit," Nirra answered, thinking of the worst-case scenario.

"I see, then may I see what you have crafted using it?" Nirra she pulled down her bag and grabbed her unfinished b25 Superposed, still wrapped in a long cloth, and presented it on the table. She then unwrapped the weapon, revealing it to her companions the unfinished shotgun.

"This looks drastically different from the one you usually use," Ameria said as she gazed at the shotgun.

"You mean my Rifle?" She raised an eyebrow.

"Yes, your Raifel?" She said, trying to pronounce the word.

"You have a weird naming sense, sis," Ellie said while she crissed her arms, revealing her bandolier of throwing knives wrapped around her waist.

"Oh yeah? What would you name it then?" Nirra then looked at Ellie with an eyebrow raised.

"I would have called it the boom tube," Ellie said proudly as she puffed up her chest in pride. Nirra just shook her head at Ellie.

"Anyway, the crafting is very good, and the quality looks excellent. Is this the effect of the tool you used?" Ameria said as she took a look at the shotgun.

"Mostly, This weapon is unfinished, though, and I need the ammunition to complete it." She then picked it up and wrapped the long cloth around it before storing it back inside her bag.

"Ah, those metal things you load into your weapon. Are those what you need?" Ameria then took her seat back on the chair.

"Yes, the problem is I'm out of the ingredients needed to make it, so it brings us up to our next agenda," Nirra said as she took her seat on the chair facing Ameria and Ellie. "One of the ingredients I need is the debris ooze from a doomslime," Nirra said, while Ameria gave her a puzzled expression.

"Why would you want that? That part of the slime is practically useless." A hand comes over her shoulder, and she finds it to be Ellie's.

"You'd be surprised at how Nirra can make even the most useless things be useful, Ellie said as she gave Ameria a reassuring smile.

"I see. If that is the case, let's go take an extermination quest from the guild so we can earn some money while we're at it," Ameria said as she stood up, the twins following her not long after.

"Agreed," Nirra said as she began walking upstairs to her assigned room.

"Let me drop my things first before we head out," Nirra said as the small fox followed her as she ascended the stairs.
