After Nirra's final shot, just before she fell on her knees, the rest of the party could not believe how powerful that attack was.

"Incredible…" was the only thing that Shael mumbled as she gazed at the aftermath of Nirra's attack.

After the bullet passed right through their enemy, the shot burried itself in the ceiling. Small rocks and pebbles rained down from the deep hole that it left behind. From inside the hole, a small amount of moonlight was let through, which illuminated the now dormant summoning circle; its red glow is long gone.

"S-Such a powerful spell.…I-I never thought she could have this much mana in reserve," Hildia said to herself while she scratched her chin.

Whoa, Nirra!" Ellie shouted as she saw Nirra's body fall into a kneeling position.

"I…I'm okay… I just need a little break…" She breathed heavily as her body kicked into overdrive, trying to get even a small bit of stamina back.

"Guys I need some help with Gareth", said Eric while he tried to lift Gareth up with only his strength, but he was struggling because of the man's weight and the weight of his armor.

"Comming" Sheld then took the other side and placed his right arm over her shoulder. With the strength of both Eric and Shael, they managed to get him back up on his feet, but they still supported him because he couldn't walk on his own yet.

Hildia walked up beside Nirra, the latter still kneeling as she breathed heavily.

"Here, drink this." She gave her a small bottle that contained a blue liquid that dimly glowed light blue.

Nirra took the bottle in her hands and undid the cork that was inside the rim.

"What is this?" She asked as she examined the contents, which swirled around as she shook the bottle slightly.

"M-mana potion; it should help you recover quickly," Hildia answered as she stood back up.

Nirra sighed as she drank the contents of the bottle. The taste was terrible. Like the medicine you would spit out when you were a kid. It tasted bitter with a hint of salt and spice. Nirra ignored the feeling of wanting to spit out the liquid she was drinking and held firm. After she drank everything, she felt better and stood back up to meet Hildia.

"Thank you," Nirra said as she kneeled back down to see Mofu. The small fox has been with her ever since she fell to her knees. She then rubbed his ears and fur, even though some of it was covered in rubble and dust.

"Great work, Mofu," Nirra said as she motioned for Mofu to climb on her shoulder.

"Mofu~" The small fox obliged and sat comfortably back on her shoulder.

"Okay, we're not done yet; we need to find Lady Ameria," Eric said as he scanned the room.

"Did you really just miss the iron door to the left of us?" Shael asked with her eyebrow raised.

"I-uhh Y…yes…" Eric sighed in defeat.

"What are we waiting around here for? We've got an elf to save," Ellie said as she ran up to the iron door with Nirra, Eric, and the rest trailing behind her.

"Damn, locked again," Ellie said while she held the thick lock in her hands.

Nirra stepped beside her sister and inspected the door. She then realized that the hinges were on the outside, which would make sense since they don't want the prisoner to escape by tangling with the hinges.

Nirra turned her head to Ellie to relay the information to her. "Ellie, the hinges, destroy them, and we can get inside." She then pointed at said hinges.

"Alright, stand back." Ellie then drew her sword. Nirra obliged and gave her the space she needed. The sword once again exploded into flames as Ellie prepared for the swing.

"Blade Ignition!"

Her sword struck the three hinges in one slice. The door buckled a bit from her attack and was left half open. Ellie then sheathed her sword once again and opened the door by using the lock as a hinge.

"Very resourceful, if I don't say so myself," Sael commented.

When they entered the room, they were greeted by the figure of Ameria, who was chained to the wall. Her legs and arms were restrained by chains that had markings on them, and her neck was clasped within a steel collar that was attached to a chain that was connected to the wall. Ameria looked up to see her saviors, and she immediately started to tear up.

"You came for me," she said, a small smile spreading across her face.

Eventually, they managed to break Ameria free using Nirra's frost magic. She froze the chains that were binding her before Ellie and Eric broke them with their swords. After exiting her cell, they managed to find her gear, which was stashed in an adjacent room.

When they entered the main room with Ameria, she was shocked to see the body of the formal guildmaster, so much so that she ran up towards his limp body and kneeled down with tears in her eyes.

"I can never thank you enough for saving me that night and for giving me another chance." She closed her eyes as she wept.

She then suddenly felt a hand hold her chin, and when she opened her tear-streaked eyes once again, she saw the ghostly figure of the man known as the former guildmaster illuminated by the moonlight. When she looked at his face, she only found a man smiling proudly at her he then nodded slightly  before disappearing while he kept that smile.

The whole party saw her. They all stood around her, each of them wearing a mournful expression. Once they were done with their moment of silence, they helped Ameria bury his body in the room. But before they left, Ameria left her golden bow behind, standing straight, which marked the old guildmaster's grave. Ameria's one last act of gratitude to the man who gave her a second chance
