After their purchase, they looked for a place to eat. The midday sun was now up, which slowly dried up the water that was left from the rain shower earlier. Eventually, the two came across the cafe where Nirra met Eric for the first time in this city. The swordsman from last night was nowhere to be found, though. Nirra guessed he was somewhere inside the city, looking for a girlfriend once again.

Nirra felt a tug on her shirt and saw Ellie pointing at the cafe. "How about we eat lunch here, sis? I really want to try out their new chocolate cake," she said while drool went down from her chin, presumably because it is being advertised outside the story by a sign or people eating said cake, which she can see through the window.

"Hmm, why not?" Ellie wore a soft smile at her sister's words, after which she led Nirra towards the cafe.

The building was predominantly made from spruce wood and had a cobblestone foundation. It had a porch outside where people could eat their food, complete with wooden tables. Each wooden table had at least two chairs, and there were four tables in total. As they entered through the wooden door, which had a glass top that allowed them to see inside, they were greeted by the smell of freshly baked cakes and brewed coffee. The interior was cozy as it is from the outside, with small lambs illuminating the walls, which were made from wooden planks. There were a total of 15 other tables, each covered in a white cloth; some had four chairs, others only had two. A window beside the main door let in the noontime sunlight. In front of them was a counter where there were several people waiting in line to get their order. The cafe was packed, given that almost all of the tables had people sitting there.

They made their way to the back of the line and waited their turn. It took a couple of minutes, but they eventually reached the front of the line. Behind the counter was a blue-haired girl that was almost just as tall as them. She wore the store's employee uniform, which consisted of a white shirt with a black vest. For her lower half, she wore a simple black knee-high skirt and socks that only reached her ankle.

"Welcome to our humble cafe! What would you like to order?" She asked with a soft smile.

"Two slices of chocolate cake, please, and a cup of coffee for me," Nirra answered. "Two cups of coffee, please." Ellie jutted, and Nirra just shrugged her shoulders.

She took a mental note before asking, "Alright, that would be one silver coin and 89 copper coins." Nirra brought out the amount needed as Ellie was about to reach for her coin pouch. "I'll pay you back, sis…" she said in a low voice.

"Don't mention it," Nirra replied as she gave the payment to the girl. The blue-haired girl placed the coins inside a draw located under the counter and motioned for them to sit on one of the empty seats that were available.

"We'll have your order ready in a few minutes," the girl said as she walked into the room behind the front counter, which they just assume is the kitchen.

The seat was complete with a table and was very close to the west wall. They sat down in the seats that were facing one another, and Ellie placed her sword on the seat adjacent to her. Just as Ellie was about to start a conversation with Nirra. The older twin was already ahead of her.

"So, why did you ask me to come along?" Nirra questioned.

"What do you mean?" Ellie asked with confusion.

"You could've easily forged your sword if you waited long enough, along with making extra throwing knives. You could've also done all the lingerie shopping by yourself. So why did you ask me to come with you and not Ameria?" Nirra said, leaning backwards on her seat.

"Well… I… just wanted to spend some time with you. You're always busy with your weapons… and we hardly hang out anymore." Ellie said while looking away from the stare from her sister.

"I see…" Nirra said. A long silence came between the two sisters as they thought about what they were going to say to each other.

Ellie built up the courage to speak, but Nirra was the first to beat her.

"I'm sorry."

"W-what?" Ellie asked, surprise written on her face.

"I'm sorry I didn't spend time with you as much as before when we were kids." Nirra apologized as she leaned forward in her seat with her hands flat on the table.

Ellie was speechless; she always thought her sister was a cold and calculative individual who put work before friends and family. It's weird seeing Nirra express herself like this.

'My only regret from my last life is always putting work before friends and family. Because of it, it made me the best gunsmith money can buy, but I have little to no friends and also distance myself from family by ignoring reunions and gatherings. In this life, I'll aim to make use of both worlds…it's just going to take a while to get used to…' Nirra thought to herself. Her thoughts were cut short by Ellie slowly holding Nirra's hand with her own.

"Apology Accepted" Nirra saw Ellie flash a smile that indicated that she was relieved. Nirra returned her sister's smile with her own as the two were rudely interrupted by another employee who carried their food on a platter.

"I hope I'm not interrupting anything," he said as he placed their order on their table.

Ellie immediately let go of her sister's hand and faced the employee while blushing red. "N-no! You're just on time, ehehe," she said while she rubbed the back of her neck.

Nirra just ignored their conversation as she eyed the food with hunger in her eyes.

"If that's the case, then please enjoy your food," he said before bowing his head towards them and walking back towards the kitchen, presumably to pick up another order.

The twins giggled at each other for their actions, which were almost misinterpreted by the waiter. In the end, they slowly ate their food while chatting about what quest they should do next for the guild.
