Chapter 137 Victoria Long, No Longer A Long! by Harem-Fan
"Master, can we skip training this morning, I am tired?"
Mercy in my arms, turned off the alarm and realized, she may have pushed her first night a bit too much. I kiss the sleepy woman and respond.
"As someone with medical knowledge, I recommend you sleep in this morning, and take a day-off. No exercising and drinking lots of water. I also want you to take a nice hot bath later to let your body heal. Every time after this will be easier and better. I will leave and get ready for University, and Zoe will drive, love you."
"Rick, I will listen to you. I am sleepy, love you too."
Yeah, she is so sleepy, she is muttering Linda's line to me, cute. Kissing her on her head, I collect my things to go to Vicky's and my room to get ready for testing.

Vicky is an early riser and when I got in, the two of us decided to shower together.
Under the hot water, we took turns cleaning each-other, then she asked.
"I know the tests won't be an issue for you, so what are your plans this week?"
I begin to shampoo her long-dark-purple-hair, and tell her.
"Well I think I am going to breeze through my test, and then go and get some coffee for my amazing teacher that has to watch everyone struggle, then you can enjoy a Chocolate Mint, with a smile, what do you think?"
With thoughts of coffee, Vicky just leaned her back into me, and then surprised me with unexpected news.
"Last night, I was contacted by my lawyers. They told me that Kimberly removed me from the Long Clan. All Long businesses not under my Victoria Long Inc, were removed from my control. But she can't take my things."
After I had just finished rinsing the last of the shampoo from her hair, I wrapped my arms around her waist, and put my head on her shoulder. I then say.
"Does it hurt?"
When I asked I had placed my hand on her heart. She nodded at my question and said.
"I was ready to leave the clan for us, but not even a word of anger, shock, or asking why? She just removed me like I was nothing. If she would have yelled at me or even called, I could be fine with it, but to just do it like a common task, and just her lawyers, kinda sucks. She is family after-all. Rick, just hold me for a while."
Under the hot-water, I just tighten my hold on my wife, who chooses me over family. I wish Kimberly could have just left her alone, and to kick her little sister to the curb with no word, just sucks. I don't say anything and gently kiss her shoulder to distract her thoughts.
After about 5 minutes of us holding each-other, she opened her eyes and, feeling my care, she smiled. Victoria then gave me a kiss and said.
"Rick, come with me on my new journey, let me show the Long's, how a kicked clansman can rival them. You were born removed from both of your clans, and now, you are not only a Tang, but you are slowly becoming successful in all of your endeavors. So, let you and I become a power couple. You with me?"
"I have been with you since I fixed your tire. I will do anything you want me to do, my wife."

Harem-Chat exploded for our family when Vicky announced her removal. But she assured them that this is only a small setback, and our family will recover nicely.
Lucy is an invisible member in my personal Harem-Chat, but she already knows of Vicky's removal, like she foresaw it happening. I can tell by her nonchalant attitude, she is not worried about it, but I let Lucy be sneaky, because I know she is our biggest supporter in the shadows.
Diana Long this morning, personally called Victoria, and said she will not leave Victoria Inc, even if Kimberly threatens to revoke her family status. Vicky was surprised to hear her loyalty and told her she will also not abandon her to the wolves.
Unlike Diana Long, many lesser Long members did quit this morning, and Victoria's stock value had dipped a bit, due to the turmoil of uncertainty with the move.
What did Vicky lose control of that I am aware of? She is no longer in charge of the Stadium-Arena, but the BBQ House is still hers. All businesses in her Velvet Tower are all hers alone, and are national chains. SEG was a big loss to Kimberly however.
I had decided to change my coffee plans a bit.

In the limo on our way to university...
Tina, Jenifer, Nichole, Linda, Nadia, Victoria, and I are speaking of our class schedules for the day.
"Instead of getting you coffee, I will as soon as I am done with the test, watch the testers while you go into the hall or your office to handle the crisis. Let me do the testing for the first period. Then when I am done with my Computer exam, I will come and do the same for your second class."
Vicky was not shy and only nodded to my offer. Then Tina said.
"Rick and I don't have afternoon exams, due to it being elective time, So I will come by to observe the afternoon class with or without Rick."
"Thank you Tina, this was an awkward time for this to happen."
I also told her.
"Later, I will have Lucy Shen remove all of the Kimberly coupons from my Harem-Chat, and just leave yours."
Linda suggests.
"I will ask Mei to bring us pizza for lunch in your office? No reason to leave due to testing, we can make calls for you in our respective families as well."
Vicky felt touched the ladies are all supporting her.

Ring Ring Ring! Just before class was to start, I received a call from my uncle.
"Morning uncle Anthony, what is happening?"
[All 4 major families received the news, is everything alright with Vicky? Do you two need anything?]
"Not really. She had anticipated a move like this for a while, but it was just sudden. The only real issue is Long family members abruptly leaving their posts. But Vicky is working fast to put fires out."
[Alright, I will make a public announcement that we fully support our Victoria in the Tang family, this is only Kimberly's loss. Her actions confuse me however. Anyway, let her know we support her, good luck on tests, and call Helen and tell her good luck, she would like that.]
"I will text Helen now, and talk to you later."
We hung up and I texted Helen, good luck.

The morning went as planned, and I had just finished my Computers exam, and am heading back to Vicky. I had just called my troublesome woman.
[Did you miss me calling during testing, fufu?]
"This was the only time I could call you when I knew you were awake, sleepy cat."
[Hmm? You even know my sleeping schedule, so maybe you are my stalker? Well I know why you are calling, and I have everything under control. "Oh? What chaos did you do?"
[Oh, I had things like some businesses had not paid their electric bills, or the Sports Arena, sending cancellation notices to all of their events for the next six months for renovations, things like that. Oh and my favorite, I had Kimberley's loyal supporter secrets leaked to the press, you know, affairs, bribes, crimes, and shit talk about Kimberly's failed leadership, fufu.]
"Sigh, I am glad you are on my side. Nice work. When this blows over, I will take you out on a nice date, how's that?"
I think I heard her squealing over the covered phone microphone and then she said.
[Hmm~! Rick, I still have 10 Bunker Busters if you want it done faster?]
I smile and calm her.
"No need, let's just keep it to a reasonable level, alright. And I look forward to seeing you again, I am back to help Vicky, bye.."
I had to hang up, because I could hear her being happy like a crazy woman at my words.

After helping Victoria watch her class full of resentful males, I left to help Mei carry all the delivered food.
While I waited at the curb for Mei to pull up in my SUV, someone I had not expected to see walked by me in jeans, a black-shirt, and leather-jacket. He too was surprised to see me. I said to him.
"Sea Temple's Logan Chen, are you here to find me?"
He stopped and put his hands in his pockets, to either grab a weapon or to show he is not fighting, it seems his stance says, not fighting. He smiled at me and said.
"Hello Rick Tang, the youngest Master I have met. I have indeed come here to find you. But, I am here as a new student. I heard you teach Kung-Fu styles to other teammates. So I came here for that. You knowing of the Sea Temple tells me you knew of my differences with the Mountain Temple, and Ashley Hue. But, I have one question."
My expression stays still but I am curious of his motives, so I nodded at him to ask.
"You crippled Ashley's mother and killed Master Monks from the now crumbled Mountain Temple, so why protect a Mountain Temple member?"
I understand, and I too would be confused about that.
"She is my wife's niece, and my best friend's fiance, so to put it simple, she is family. If Ashley is your goal, then go through me first. Other Mountain Temple members, I don't give a rat's ass about, but I will kill to protect my family."
He remembered hearing about Laura Long's little sister recently announcing her marriage to me, and now it clicked. He nodded to me and said.
"Well, I found out she is the next Leader of the Hidden Dragons Syndicate, so the hit on her is canceled, and I will send a letter to my Temple to make sure no one is to touch her, is that fine?"
I am surprised by his willingness to parlay. I smile and reply.
"Seems Sea Temple taught you guys to settle things with words and not cheap tricks like the Bald Donkeys. I would appreciate my family's safety, so send my thanks."
He grins, then complains.
"Well I guess I should say thanks for not making my injuries permanent, but that atomic-wedgie was a bit much, I only recently recovered from that one, sigh."
"Well, to be fair, I really was drinking so... Anyway, why are you looking for me specifically?"
"I want to learn your Drunken-Style very much. It has synergy with my Sea-Snake-Style, and I want to incorporate it. Plus, I love drinking. So I am joining the Kung-Fu Club to learn it from you. I will also go to the Nationals with Star University, to fight other Temple youngsters like me."
I shrug seeing Mei pulling up and tell him.
"As long as you won't mess with my lovers and family, I don't mind teaching you. I will be in the longer afternoon Friday class, due to being in Drama from Monday to Thursday."
Logan busted out in laughter and I was confused, so he told me.
"Hah-aha, No it is funny because I am a Drama Major, so we will be in the same damn class together. Acting is good for Kung-Fu, plus I like modern entertainment. He then sees Mei coming to my side and understands the China Empire woman is my maid, so he nodded."
"Well then, Logan Chen, I guess I will see you next week. I have to take this food to my wives, so I will catch you then. Oh, and don't trust a guy named Sam Sun, he is trash."
"Noted, oh and one last warning because you are reasonable. The Forest Temple and the Snow Temple are sending Masters to Star City. The government wants the 4th temple recreated with new blood here, so keep your eyes open for unreasonable characters, bye."
As he left, Mei said.
"He was able to see through me and knows I am a fighter."
"Just like me, he is an actor, that's why. So now we have to watch for more Masters to come, sigh. Hopefully they can be reasoned with?"
"Lover, help me with the Pizza, we are going to be late, fufu. Oh I got you your Teriyaki Chicken Pizza! So I get to sit in your lap for remembering, right?"
"Well, if you can convince Nadia to not sit there first, sure."
"Crap, she is going to claim it for sure, never-mind."

As lunch was ending, I received an emergency call from Lucy...
[Rick, stay calm and listen to my words! The South Central Police Precinct is currently engaged in a heavy firefight with the Mad Hatters criminal group. They are breaking out one of their important leaders, and for some reason, I cannot get a signal on Mary's smartphone. All power to the Precinct is cut, so my ability to see security tapes or get you information is limited to outside only. Mei is with you, so take her and go!]
I try to calm my heart and breath, I stand and tell Mei.
"Mei, you and I are leaving now. Mary is in trouble. The rest of you, I need to leave, I will call when I know something, so do not call my phone for a bit. Love you all and bye."
Tina wanted to chase me and help, but she too analyzed my words and stopped. She knows I would take her if I need her, so she stayed to calm the wives. She said.
"Rick will be fine, but look for news about what could be wrong with Mary. Let us all look!"

While Mei and I are rushing to our car, I ask.
"Mei what supplies do I have?"
"Sorry Rick, but this time, I don't have the 50 caliber, your coat, or bulletproof-vest. All I have are our communication set up, but that's it."
"I have a grand total of 4 magazines for my HK P30's. So that if used conservatively is 60 bullets, sigh, hard mode. Mei we will take precautions in the future to not be caught unprepared, and I will drive."
Mei throws me the keys as we climb into the Durango SRT Hellcat. I peel out of the student parking, making some students dive out of the way of my speeding SUV. I am blaring the horn so they know.

SCREEEEECH! SCREEEEECH! As I am making tight corners and running lights along with other squad cars,Mei is attaching my neck piece so we can talk, and she inserted my earpiece as well. With the emergency happening, the police are ignoring all the speeding I am doing, and guessing I am undercover or something.
Soon I heard Lucy in my ear and she said.
[Keep your laptop open in the car within one mile of the site, so I can communicate with you and monitor the police radio for you. Mei, without his gear, I want you in there with him. Without a long ranged rifle, sitting at the laptop is a waste of your skill. Rick don't refuse, this is for Mary.]
"Got it! You are my commander, just bring me, Mei, and Mary home, ignore the others till we are safe."
[Just do your breathing method to calm down, and I think you will have to total your new car to get past the Mad Hatters lines to get in the building, also Mei, keep the laptop from breaking in the crash.]
Mei took action.
"Okay, I put it in the rear seat holder so we are ready for airbags."
Hearing that, I pressed the accelerator even more. On my front computer screen of the SUV, Lucy has a helicopter view of the line and she drew a path on the screen for me to drive into, going around the couple of Police Cars set up as bullet shields.
"Okay Mei, I will make the airbags deploy on that pickup truck there, so cover your face for the bag, here I go!"
The Police seeing the speeding SUV going over a sidewalk to pass them just moved away from the insane driver!
As I passed the police line, I made sure to drive through a bunch of animal-masked men, as they too slowly tried to jump sideways!
Thea-dump Thea-dump Thea-dump Thea-dump Thea-dump Thea-dump, BAAAAAASH!
Just before I made impact, crashing into the parked pickup, I knew I killed at least six of the gunmen!
Poof! Poof! As the crash took place, our airbags deployed as my SUV spun a full 180° and stopped still on all four tires, without hesitating, Mei and I leaped out of the SUV.
The two of us are a short 10 feet from the front doors of the Precinct, and we made it in under gunfire.
The easy part is done, now to find Mary!

Mei throws me the keys as we climb into the Durango SRT Hellcat. I peel out of the student parking, making some students dive out of the way of my speeding SUV. I am blaring the horn so they know.

SCREEEEECH! SCREEEEECH! As I am making tight corners and running lights along with other squad cars,Mei is attaching my neck piece so we can talk, and she inserted my earpiece as well. With the emergency happening, the police are ignoring all the speeding I am doing, and guessing I am undercover or something.
Soon I heard Lucy in my ear and she said.
[Keep your laptop open in the car within one mile of the site, so I can communicate with you and monitor the police radio for you. Mei, without his gear, I want you in there with him. Without a long ranged rifle, sitting at the laptop is a waste of your skill. Rick don't refuse, this is for Mary.]
"Got it! You are my commander, just bring me, Mei, and Mary home, ignore the others till we are safe."

"Okay, I put it in the rear seat holder so we are ready for airbags."
Hearing that, I pressed the accelerator even more. On my front computer screen of the SUV, Lucy has a helicopter view of the line and she drew a path on the screen for me to drive into, going around the couple of Police Cars set up as bullet shields.
"Okay Mei, I will make the airbags deploy on that pickup truck there, so cover your face for the bag, here I go!"
The Police seeing the speeding SUV going over a sidewalk to pass them just moved away from the insane driver!
As I passed the police line, I made sure to drive through a bunch of animal-masked men, as they too slowly tried to jump sideways!
Thea-dump Thea-dump Thea-dump Thea-dump Thea-dump Thea-dump, BAAAAAASH!
Just before I made impact, crashing into the parked pickup, I knew I killed at least six of the gunmen!
Poof! Poof! As the crash took place, our airbags deployed as my SUV spun a full 180° and stopped still on all four tires, without hesitating, Mei and I leaped out of the SUV.
The two of us are a short 10 feet from the front doors of the Precinct, and we made it in under gunfire.
The easy part is done, now to find Mary!
