A small stone landed right on the ground, marking the beginning of the duel between Drazz and Saphielle. This was an exceptionally rare duel, almost unheard of, as a Karma Elf was facing a Berserker Goblin.

Draz focused his gaze on Saphielle, who appeared calm. After the small stone hit the ground, he rapidly darted toward Saphielle with impressive speed. It was remarkable how, despite his large and muscular body, Draz could move so swiftly.

However, as he dashed forward, he noticed something very peculiar about Saphielle.

"What is this?"

A circle with the yin and yang symbol appeared right beneath Saphielle's feet, and, of course, Draz was unaware of this circle. Nevertheless, he tried to stay confident and continued his attack.

A few moments later, the distance between Draz and Saphielle grew closer, and Draz swung his massive sword to strike Saphielle with three swift patterns: diagonally from top right to bottom left, diagonally from top left to bottom right, and then vertically from top to bottom.

[Special Skill: Triple Berserker Goblin Slash]

The first two strikes hit Saphielle's body, but nothing happened. The final attack seemed to be blocked by an invisible shield. To determine whether his target was injured or not, Draz immediately leaped back a few meters and observed Saphielle.

"Oh, damn, my [Ultimate Passive Skill: Karma] has activated."

Hearing Saphielle's words left Draz in shock, prompting him to ask again.

"Did you say an Ultimate Skill?"

Draz inquired with a surprised tone.

"Yes, is there a problem?"

Saphielle replied casually.

Draz also noticed that Saphielle was completely unharmed by his attacks, despite his belief that he had struck her.

"I apologize, but if you're surprised why I'm not hurt, I have a skill that negates physical attacks if the opponent is below my level."

A single thought crossed Draz's mind at this moment. This elf woman was much stronger than Draz, and she could easily kill him. According to goblin history, only a Goblin Lord possessed an Ultimate Skill, and certainly, Berserker Goblins and Goblin Lords were worlds apart.

It was like comparing an insect to a tiger. Draz felt that he would lose in this duel, and he was quite certain of it. There were only two choices for Draz at this moment:

First, Draz could surrender, and his life might be spared. However, his pride and reputation would plummet among the goblins.

Second, Draz could fight to the death, as a goblin warrior.

Draz decided to choose the second option. He tightly gripped his sword and activated several of his skills.

[Special Skill: Goblin Rage]

[Special Skill: Kilimanjaro Protection]

[Special Skill: Over Goblin Rage]

[Delay Magic: Flame Kick]

[Delay Magic: Flame Slash]

[Delay Magic: Flame Lariat]

Now, Draz's entire body was enveloped in a deep red aura, but this aura was invisible to normal eyes and could only be seen by someone with special powers. His muscular body grew even more as if every muscle wanted to burst out of his frame. Draz's eyes turned completely white, and his presence became more formidable.

Draz executed all of this in a matter of seconds, and of course, remaining idle for a long time was a foolish act. On the other hand, Saphielle simply smiled and emitted a golden aura.

This aura indicated that her [Ultimate Passive Skill: Karma] was active, ready to unleash a counterattack that would deal twice the damage or be a critical strike against any incoming attack. Naturally, if Saphielle launched this counterattack, it would instantly kill Draz, so she was contemplating where to direct her counterattack.

Draz gritted his teeth.

"I know you're very powerful, so I'll give it my all to take you down."

Saphielle understood that Draz had lost hope of winning and intended to launch a suicide attack, and she sighed.

"Annoying."

Draz once again darted toward Saphielle at incredible speed, attempting to swing his sword and strike her.

A sphere appeared right in front of Saphielle, seemingly conjured by the yin-yang circle. It was a projectile generated to perform a counterattack with critical damage. Saphielle immediately directed the projectile toward the ground.

An explosion occurred, creating a fairly loud shockwave that sent Draz flying several meters. Dust and sand filled the air, limiting visibility for a few moments. The explosion even left a small crater, indicating its significant power.

Saphielle intentionally directed the karma projectile toward the ground to prevent Draz from carrying out a suicide attack. She vividly remembered Aether's orders not to let Draz commit suicide.

Draz was thrown into a group of goblin warriors who were lined up, and his gaze remained fixed on the composed Saphielle.

"This duel is just to show that we are messengers of the Gods. There's no need for you to sacrifice yourself!"

Saphielle's firm tone implied that Draz didn't need to take his own life. Draz looked around, and the goblins still respected him as usual. He abandoned his intent to carry out a suicide attack.

Before long, four more Berserker Goblins appeared, along with hundreds of goblin warriors who began to surround Saphielle and Aether.

Draz remained silent, observing the surrounding situation, and he immediately deactivated two of his special skills.

"As the situation has worsened, I withdraw from the duel. At least some of my strength is enough to prove that I am a messenger of the Gods."

Shortly after, Aether walked to a position right in front of Saphielle. Aether then used magic to make his voice audible to all the goblins.

"Who are you!?"

"What is your purpose for coming here!?"

"Why have elves come here!?"

The questions from the Berserker Goblins made Aether sigh, and he wished to answer all these questions briefly and not too long.

If only Alice hadn't instructed him not to slaughter the goblins, Aether might have already done so because the goblins were very impolite.

"Allow me to introduce, goblins. I am Aether, a servant and messenger of the White God."

"I came to this village to offer my help. I know you're in a crisis due to the devastating disaster last night."

"I understand you have enough food and water supplies at the moment, but it's only temporary and will run out someday."

"We are here to assist you as messengers of God."

Previously, Exypno had provided some hypotheses about the goblins' situation based on his logic, and Aether simply copied the hypotheses created by Exypno. Aether himself didn't even know whether the goblins had sufficient food supplies or not.

Aether put his trust in Exypno's hypotheses.

The goblins were extremely surprised by Aether's words.

[Telepath]

"If they still show hostility, use your [Ultimate Skill: Karma Domain], and demonstrate your power to them."

"Understood, Aether-sama."

"Remember our plan, use your skills on the important goblins."

"I understand, but after using those skills, they will be on cooldown for a day. Is that not a problem?"

"Don't worry, if there's a formidable enemy, I'll switch back to my original body now."

"Thank you, Aether-sama."

[Telepath End]

The goblins still show hostility towards Aether and Saphielle, even as the yin and yang circles reappear beneath Saphielle's feet.

Though they don't respond to Aether's words, they still exude a strong aura of hostility, as if holding deep grudges. This is likely because Saphielle defeated a Berserker Goblin, and these goblins have strong bonds with each other. When one is defeated or killed, the others seek revenge.

Saphielle closes her eyes briefly.

"Twin Ultimate Skill: Karma Domain and Karma Form!"

Instantly, the area transforms into a circular land with a pattern resembling the face of a god with seven eyes, a long tongue, and four long fangs. It also has elongated ears, each adorned with earrings, and many black piercings in its nose.

This is the manifestation of the Karma God. In the game Monsterland, the Karma God is a highly secretive World Monster, whose location remained unknown until Alice's reincarnation.

Every line that outlines the god's face appears as if small water channels filled with blood. Meanwhile, Saphielle has transformed into [Karma Form], looking significantly different from a regular elf.

Saphielle's eyes increase to three, with the new ones on her forehead. She wears several gold earrings around her ears. Her eyes turn red, and her pupils become yellow. This could be considered the trump card of the Karma Elf.

Saphielle's tongue also lengthens, becoming pointed and serpent-like. The yin circle has now moved to be right behind Saphielle's back.

The three suddenly relocated Berserker Goblins are shocked, especially after seeing Saphielle's terrifying appearance. She gazes at the Berserker Goblins with an overwhelmingly intense killing aura, as if it penetrates every cell and bone of the three Berserker Goblins.

Saphielle stares at the three Berserker Goblins intensely.

"How about it? Do you believe now that I am a messenger of God?"

Not only the three Berserker Goblins but Draz and all the Goblin leaders have also been moved into Saphielle's [Karma Domain]. They are naturally shocked and shivering after witnessing Saphielle's true form.

"According to the law of karma, an eye for an eye, blood for blood,"

"If you persist in hostility, we will also respond with hostility,"

"This is your last chance to answer, do you believe?"

Fallenlily

Hello!

Fallen Lily here, I want to ask something, what do you think about the Karma Elf race?

I will try to create as many unique races as possible that are not mainstream. Oh, by the way, each character generally has their own race and class, for classes, I might explain them later.

Thanks!
