Explosions are going on in the air as F-22s are engaging atlas's air fleets being shot at by flak? cannons F-23s are eliminating Bullheads.
A bunch of dropships are frantically flying towards the landing crafts and ships only to run into the slower F4Us the sky seems to be red and black from the explosions and smoke.
"I'm hit!"
The Air Force of niwaki is no longer invincible as the sky is filled with explosions from experimental dust rounds painting the sky a weird orange.
Some crafts are shot down and pilots bail out.
After a few seconds commands are sent to the air planes to pull back. Atlas' final and great air fleet is done. Although it would be nice to keep the A-10s the current situation doesn't allow for it.
The Vertibirds which are currently pulling a flank are still to continue their mission.

The order is to wait for intelligence to determine which craft has atlas leaders so they can be shot down and eliminated.

An power armor unit is waving them towards the entrance.
A loud bang is heard in the distance.

The power armor units return fire but try and keep it away from the soon to be refugees.
It isn't long before several Paladins and robots are seen marching towards office.
"Are those the ȧssassin models?" Blake asks seeing a atlas android she hasn't seen in a while.
"It looks like the pulled out all the stops, shame it's not enough." Yang says as the .308 rounds make "mince meat" of the light armor on the android units while the power armored infantry go toe to toe with the Paladin.
Suddenly the automated grimm warning system comes back on giving a 10 minute warning.
"Be ready!" Yang shouts as she punches the ċȯċkpit of a Paladin launching it across the battlefield.

On the deck of the missile cruiser a rocket is seen launching as it orients itself towards the island of atlas.
If one were to look out at the shore you could see civilians being evacuated from the city towards the ships since it's likely the kingdom of atlas will never be able to rebuild.

Suddenly a massive blue pulse is seen in the sky as all the lights on the ground dim before going out. The atlas droids fall to the ground and power armor freezes for a second even though they were shielded against the emp.
Emp does not directly negate dust so it's acceleration is slowed down.
A loud snapping sound is heard as the spire that connects atlas to the ground snaps and the massive island begins to fall slowly towards the city of mantle.
"Everyone inside!" Weiss shouts as people clamor to get inside the reinforced building.
The massive island hits the ground as dirt and dust is seen sweeping though the streets the quakes on the ground and air pressure knocks over most tall buildings while the force of hitting the ground collapses most buildings on the island itself.
After about an hour in the office Yang peaks out to see the damage.
"*whistles* this is gonna take a lot of flex tape to fix cause that's a lot of damage." Yang says
"Right, time for rescue operations." Weiss says
"Yep, the ships should be setting up aide stations on the beach." Ruby says

"You got to help us they want us to kill our selves!" He shouts "Can you take off the backpack?" A squad leader says as guns are pointed at the kid though they aren't to serious. They had been guaranteed that a dust fire bombs wouldn't do much to their armor. The kid nods and takes it off. "Move up, kid step away from the pack slowly." The squad leader says as a person in the T-60 purposely activates the back before standing up unscathed. "Right, secure the doctors office over there we are gonna need a place to keep civilians safe! I doubt they all want to fight us and this place is about to become a war zone!" He shouts as people salute and run to clear the building while the rest of the units begin to set up a defensive line. "This is gonna be one rough night." The leader says as the sun begins to set. ======================= "Above!" Rias shouts as shots ring out from the hunters on the grounds and the atlas crews shooting from the roofs. "I wanted to make to the base by sun rise." Yuna says "You could brute force us through you know?" Rias says There are two audible face palms. Who ever takes out the most wins?" Rias asks Yuna nods. "I think you two sho- and they are gone? Does any one know them maybe they have a speed semblance?" An hunter from Vacuo asks ================= Meanwhile at the base that is the doctors office power armor soldiers are distributing food and supplies as some citizens are being air lifted. The more they get out now they less they will have to pull out when the fighting is done and only rubble is left. "Finally we can get air support back." Weiss says walking in exhausted. "Tell me about it, that how many of those emplacements did they have?" Ruby says as she leans against the wall before sitting on the ground. "Dang, you all beat me." Yang says coming in. "At least you're not to tired from that." Blake says popping up out of Yangs shadow. =================== Walking through the city wreckage of Paladins line the streets "Finally we are getting close." Rias says "What makes you say that?" A hunter asks "What else do you think destroyed all of these?" Yuna asks waving around at the Paladins. A vertibird full of civilians is seen taking off from a building not to far ahead. "Yep, that's where we are defending from." Rias says "Defending?" A hunter asks "Yep, it's gonna be the extraction point and is going to be a safe building to do recovery and rescue operations from." Rias says "I'm sorry what's the plan?" A hunter asks "Well, I will say what my mother said "if atlas wants to be up on their floating mountain and act like gods I say it's time we bring them down to earth." " Rias says "Bring them down?" The floating city will be coming down?" Another hunter says "Yep. The city built on the slavery of its citizens is gonna fall." Rias says Rias opens the door. "So I guess we are all here?" Rias says "Yep! Defensive positions every one we have 30 mins where civilians and enemies are gonna rush us." Ruby says standing up. ======================= "It looks like they took care of the anti air nya." Nekra says "Yep and the camps have been liberated, I can't believe they found that doctors office which may as well be a hospital it's a good safe location far from the drop zone and safe enough to recover people from." Kyra says as she looks at the cots that have been set in the hangar part of the aircraft carriers. "It's a shame nya, it's a large continent but it has no resources and rebuilding would be to costly nya." Nekra says "I really wanted to leave them alone, but this is their second time starting a world war and this one was because they specifically didn't like me." Kyra says "Right nya." Nekra says "Jarvis the message please." Kyra says Suddenly a siren begins to ring throughout atlas. "Attention, with in the next 30 minutes atlas and mantle will be bombed. There is spots set up on the shores and at doctor Pietro's office is also an evacuation point. Please move swiftly because recovery teams will probably take a few hours to find you all if not." A robotic vice that is usually used for grimm attacks says as it is heard echoing across the two cities. ======================== As the message ends F-22s and F-23s are scrambled. And are patrolling the air space. The order is to wait for intelligence to determine which craft has atlas leaders so they can be shot down and eliminated. ======================= Music at the entrance of the office begins to play. Hold the line by Toto Suddenly there are citizens of mantle seen rushing the line that was established and enforced outside the battle. An power armor unit is waving them towards the entrance. A loud bang is heard in the distance. The down side to telling civilians where to run to also gave the enemy their location. Several hunters from the allied nations run out to grab people as the building starts to get fired upon. The power armor units return fire but try and keep it away from the soon to be refugees. It isn't long before several Paladins and robots are seen marching towards office. "Are those the ssassin models?" Blake asks seeing a atlas android she hasn't seen in a while. "It looks like the pulled out all the stops, shame it's not enough." Yang says as the .308 rounds make "mince meat" of the light armor on the android units while the power armored infantry go toe to toe with the Paladin. Suddenly the automated grimm warning system comes back on giving a 10 minute warning. "Be ready!" Yang shouts as she punches the kpit of a Paladin launching it across the battlefield. 5 4 3 2 1 ================= On the deck of the missile cruiser a rocket is seen launching as it orients itself towards the island of atlas. If one were to look out at the shore you could see civilians being evacuated from the city towards the ships since it's likely the kingdom of atlas will never be able to rebuild. ============================ Suddenly a massive blue pulse is seen in the sky as all the lights on the ground dim before going out. The atlas droids fall to the ground and power armor freezes for a second even though they were shielded against the emp. Emp does not directly negate dust so it's acceleration is slowed down. A loud snapping sound is heard as the spire that connects atlas to the ground snaps and the massive island begins to fall slowly towards the city of mantle. "Everyone inside!" Weiss shouts as people clamor to get inside the reinforced building. The massive island hits the ground as dirt and dust is seen sweeping though the streets the quakes on the ground and air pressure knocks over most tall buildings while the force of hitting the ground collapses most buildings on the island itself. After about an hour in the office Yang peaks out to see the damage. "*whistles* this is gonna take a lot of flex tape to fix cause that's a lot of damage." Yang says "Right, time for rescue operations." Weiss says "Yep, the ships should be setting up aide stations on the beach." Ruby says ========================= A few hours later Kyra is woken up with a phone call. "Hello?" Kyra asks "Hey it was a success. Recovery and rescue operations are being done." Weiss says into the scroll/phone. "Great, and the toll? Still unknown though we can ssume most of mantle evacuated before the final attack." Weiss says "Jarvis? Was Cardin killed?" Kyra asks not wanting him to give world domination another go in a few years. "Yes a missile from a F-22 struck his dropships as he tried to flee." Jarvis confirms "Good, let's get evacuation done it's obvious they are not gonna be able to rebuild. Please make sure that their labs are looked into. They were not one of the most technologically advanced nations for nothing." Kyra says "We did, and we found this weird mirror, when it gets brought back we were hoping you could help me figure out what it does." Weiss says "Right, well I'm not gonna be able to sleep now, I got a speech to prepare... and some stuff to sort out in my head." Kyra says as the call ends. "So, finally I might see some peace to this endless fighting and Cold War.." Kyra says to herself as she gets out of bed.
