"I am not leaving, I will always be around to advise if you all wish it. I will still be here at Koa, continuing to teach the next generation." Kyra says with a smile as there is a wave of relief then a lot of cheers.
"Right, well I haven't left just yet, we need to dissolve a majority of our army I want to implement some form of governing body to help me form some laws and check them." Kyra says wanting some mix of the American government and the British parliamentary system since a two party system can't voice the opinions of everyone.

"You can't have possibly did everything you wanted." Osaka says drinking tea with Kyra.
"Yeah, I'm happy with what we got done though." Kyra says as she watches Ghira get sworn in as president over the wireless network that covers the democratic republic of Niwaki.
"I still wanted the articles of freedom to be finished and ratified." Kyra says
"Well I believe that it needs to be aswell to have laws set in stone for everyone to know." Osaka says
"Different from the kingdom stereotype where only the nobility know the law and use it to suppress the common people. There are no nobility in Niwaki and there will never be all people shall be equal in the eyes of the law." Kyra says
"Yep, dad is totally gonna go for that." Blake says having read them aswell.
"That's good, after all there needs to be a set of rules to fall back on if all else fails." Kyra says
"Yeah that disarmament thing was a pain." Weiss says
"I think the soldiers were happy they could keep their power armor." Yang says
"I have heard about from our contacts in the world of monster hunter. They were impressed by our armor." Naruto says coming in wearing nargacuga armor.
"Naruto... why are you a girl again?" Yang asks
"Because the female armor from over there is lighter." Naruto says
"Right, well how is Weiss doing?" Kyra asks
"She won't leave that mirror door thing alone." Hana says.
"And Rias left with her friends this morning right?" Kyra asks which gets a few sad nods.
"I wish I could've joined her." Kyra says looking down at her very obvious bump.

"Yep, well I have to go watch the kids since they decided to do a game of pickup quidditch." Hana says
