Touka look at her Kagune and see a trace of blood from its tip, this is the part that accidentally wounded Lou

He then looks and dazes sign Touka licking the edge of her Kagune, she looks pleased and at same time greedy while licking that part where his blood sticks.

Lou then sprints and enter the mountain, Touka who like a beast runs using her feet and arms while gliding on the air using her own Kagune.

Lou, who was already distant , heard an angry roar when he left Touka. They are pretty sure that Touka is pretty angry right now.
After few minutes, Lou arrive at the top of a cliff viewing the whole City D, bright from the city light.

Second later, Touka drop into the ground while crouching waiting for the right time to strike Lou.
"You arrive at last I thought that I need to come and bring you here," Lou teasing said.
"Do you want my blood right? But if you want it, you need to trade something for me,"

Lou is pretty interested in the taste of Ghoul's blood, he already tastes human blood, vampire blood, and some animal blood, but he is curious about what the taste of Ghoul blood is.
He also want to check if he can finish one of his quests, helping a Ghoul solving their problem.
