Chapter 196: Meeting the Elven princess
Vicky started to ramble about his life like he lost many thing and don’t want to live any more while drinking.

The good thing about this seal is that, the target could not notice this seal when being formed and they will not be able to retaliate.
Vicky did this just in case to not to get attacked by the Elven princess when he is in the most vulnerable state.
