Chapter 74: eating the blood snow fruit
Radha took Vicky and Sakura behind a big tree where there is a strange plant vines that are pure white in color like they are made of crystal ice.
The vine is very thin that they can be snapped by a touch.
The plant has small red berries that looked like grapes but they are not in a packed bunch instead they hand around individually.
Vicky checked the origin of the plant and found that it grew out of the tree.
After careful examination he did not find any interesting things other than some roots stuck inside the tree like a parasite.
Most probably it took root in the tree after falling from the sky.
That is in the rain and hail that happened few days ago.
There are many strange things inside the earth and this might be one of the strange things.
Vicky harvested the blood snow fruits and gave one each to his women.
They already know what this is as Vicky explained before.
The remaining two were placed in air tight glass bottle inside the stagnant time space.
Then Vicky also ate one.
Immediately the three people felt a strong warm flow in their bodies.
They started to become stronger.
They felt like their strength has doubled.
Not only strength but all of Vicky’s status doubled directly.
Right now he can use telekinesis on a small knife and cut the neck of another human easily and silently.
Vicky was really happy about this new improvement.
The extra benefit also added more gains.
After that they returned back to the current camp.

Because of the presence of too many zombies many wild beasts are keeping distance from this place.
So the people are running out of food every day.
If there is an animal that makes sound it would attract the attention of those zombies.
Then those zombies would kill that creature if they captured.
Also the creature that was scratched or bit by these zombies would mutate in a different direction.
They would mindlessly attack anyone just like zombies and their body will have zombie poison or some strange things making the beast uneatable by normal humans.
Also the beast would start rotting quickly but this cold weather would keep it still for a long time.
After returning Vicky looked around the situation and redistributed the food of the missing people that is the people that turned into zombies to the general citizens in the group.
No one has any opinion about this because the number is strength right now.
Loosing number is no different than fighting the zombies tide single handedly.
They don’t want to do that.
Vicky found that the trench was dug around perfectly around the shelter.
There are wooden planks in the area for crossing.
The rain stopped and now it was filled with snow all over the place.
People are happy that they has water after the specialists tested the snow and said that it was okay to drink after boiling.
So the next thing to do is to hunt down those zombies to reduce their numbers.
Now there are not only human zombies but also some beast zombies.
With the strength Vicky has and the vehicles on hand, he and the girls can easily leave here and survive.
But Vicky doesn’t want to do that unless it was absolutely necessary.
All the reputation he earned before would be wasted if he did that.
Also Vicky did not like zombies.
He is more interested in undead.
Undead would come back to life again and even give spar when killed.
But they would not infect the surrounding people and beasts reducing food.
They have corpse poison that is deadly but that is all there is to it.
The corpse poison can still be filtered but the zombie virus cannot be filtered.
They have to kill the zombie virus before that zombie dies or destroy the corpse of the zombie to remove the virus from spreading.
Unfortunately the number of zombies is so big that they cannot do that right now.
Vicky first told the soldiers to form small units to reduce the number of zombies in the surrounding area.
At the same time Vicky told those mechanics and other electricians to move the vehicles that are usable in the base and bring them here to repair.
As for oil and other necessities the people naturally knows what to do.
They can try to escape but as long as they leave the group they can never come back because of the lack of trust.
Also where can they escape when the entire world is like this?
Staying in the group might get them food and some protection.
Going out would not give them anything.
So 99 percent of the people did not try to go away.
The remaining became paranoid because of the loss of their companions, loved ones causing them to lose their drive towards life.
Unfortunately some of them are awakened people.
Vicky sighed.
He took a unit of soldiers to kill the zombies with silencer guns.
All the soldiers that he got are good with sniping and quick at their hand work killing the enemies.
He plans to leave this place to the other bases as quickly as possible.
Even though he saved more people before it also cause heavy damage during this zombie situation.
So he doesn’t know how the other places are like right now.
As long as the vehicles are ready he can move quickly.
But there will be another big earthquake soon and it would cause even more buildings to collapse.
He doesn’t know if the shelter they had can hold on.
Also the big sounds would definitely attract the zombies here.
It is critical to control the situation.
Vicky is having a big head ache.
Originally he wanted to live alone.
Now he got two girls and big reputation and it is a good thing.
But taking care of all these people is a big responsibility.........
