Alton’s expression turned curious; he looked at the sheathed, bladeless soul dagger in his right hand.

But nothing happened; he had another idea and took out his small notebook from his waist bag and held it in his left hand. Alton aimed his soul dagger at his notebook.

But still, nothing happened, surprised Alton. Furano watched him with a smile and held a laugh. Alton watched Furano and smiled. Furano said.
“Actually, this magic spell is also a magical ability that only a few people can master, as I said before.”

“Can I borrow your copy of the Book of Dimensional Magic? I want to read it.”
Furano nodded; she took out the book copy from her suit jacket pocket and gave it to Alton. Alton accepted the book and then read it. Alton’s attention was then drawn to the words “Written by: The First Wizard.” Alton’s expression turned curious.
“The First Wizard? Who’s he?”
Furano was slightly surprised and stopped eating her lunch momentarily.
“I almost forgot to ask you that. So, you who are from Second Earth also don’t know who The First Wizard is?”
Alton nodded.
“Yeah, as far as I know, we don’t have anyone in history who was called the First Wizard.”
Furano leaned back and crossed her arms; her expression turned curious.
“Therefore, we also need the help from the First Earth wizard. He might know something important.”

“What if the wizard we want to meet brings defense personnel to trap us?”

“We have no other choice, if the dimensional gates are closed, we need the help from First Earth wizard, to be able to conduct a better investigation here.”
Alton’s expression turned doubtful; he then nodded.
“Sometimes I wonder how many Earths in the multiverse could possibly be connected.”
Furano looked curious.

Furano smiled and nodded. Alton propped his chin with his right hand and smiled cheerfully.

Alton was surprised and looked disappointed, but he quickly hid it with a smile.

Furano remembered something; she then took out her smartphone from the pocket of her trousers and read her investigation notes. Alton stopped his lunch and watched Furano. Alton put his right elbow on the table, propped his right cheek with his right hand, and watched Furano with a curious expression.
“You know, I only show my childishness toward someone I really like.”
Furano was surprised; her attention shifted from her smartphone screen, and she looked at Alton.
“Pardon?”
Alton was surprised; his expression then turned curious.

Furano nodded.
“Yes, sorry. I’m too focused reading my investigation notes. Can you repeat what you just said?”
Alton smiled and was slightly nervous.
“Nothing, let’s continue our lunch.”
Alton then continued eating his lunch while smiling. Furano watched Alton curiously, then smiled.
The time is 3:00 pm. A tall, beautifully carved fountain is in the center of a park with shady trees divided by a pedestrian road. Furano, who had put her cloak back on, observed the pedestrian road from behind a tree with Alton. Furano observed while carrying her handgun of spellcaster, and Alton carried his soul dagger.
“So far there are no strange signs.”
Furano nodded.
On the other hand, Daganzo rode his flying broomstick with his Existence sword sheathed in the scabbard attached to the baldric at his waist. Sometime later, Daganzo could see his destination in the distance. Daganzo looked alert; he lowered his flying altitude and landed in the center of this pedestrian road with a fountain decorated with beautiful carvings nearby. Daganzo got off his broomstick, which then floated after him in a standing position not far behind him. Daganzo looked around curiously but couldn’t find Furano.
“Is she not here yet?”
Daganzo crossed his arms while observing his surroundings with a curious expression. On the other hand, Alton, hiding behind a tree, was surprised when he saw the arrival of Daganzo, who was familiar to him.
“Is that wizard the one who will cooperate with us?”
Furano, who was watching Daganzo, then turned to Alton with a curious expression.

Alton smiled awkwardly.

Alton entered a stance, ready to attack with his soul dagger; Daganzo grasped the sword hilt at his waist, ready to draw it at any time. Furano was surprised to know that Alton and Daganzo seemed to know each other.

Alton and Daganzo were surprised and turned to Furano. Daganzo nodded.

Daganzo released his hand from his sword hilt and sighed. Alton lowered his soul dagger with a wary expression. Daganzo turned to Alton.

Alton noticed Daganzo and Furano, then walked over to them and stood between them, making Daganzo and Furano look at him with slightly surprised expressions. Alton looked at Daganzo.
“Let's make something clear here. So, you agree to cooperate with us in conducting the investigation?”
Daganzo’s expression turned deadpan.
“Yeah, that’s what I came here for.”
Furano smiled; she then looked around her.
“Alright, let’s find a place to discuss our investigation.”
Daganzo nodded.

They then walked away from here.

The time was 2:00 pm. The blue sky looked cloudy and slightly overcast. This area had buildings of standard height and few skyscrapers. Dozens of First Earth wizards wore shirts, ties, belts, trousers, loafers, and overcoats and carried their Existence swords sheathed on scabbards attached to baldrics at their waists. Each of them was riding their flying broomsticks and looked alert. They carried out patrols while carrying tracking devices resembling pocket watches in their hands. These wizards then divided themselves into groups of several people, and they then rode their flying broomsticks spread throughout the city.
