Elsewhere, deep in the forest, there was a young elf named Bastian. Only ten years old, he was very handsome, with very masculine features, a sight to behold, with his long black hair tied up and falling down his back like a waterfall of silk. His deep golden eyes shone with curiosity and wonder, reflecting the vibrant world around him.

Bastian's delicate, pointed ears were a testament to his elven heritage, and they twitched slightly whenever he heard the whispers of the forest. His slender frame was strong and balanced, yet lithe and graceful, allowing him to move among the trees with the elegance of a dancer. His sun-kissed skin seemed to glow in the forest light.

Dressed in fabrics of nature's finest threads, Bastian's costume was a harmonious blend of black and gold embroidery, concealing his position and blending into the shadows of his surroundings. His feet, shod in soft leather shoes, made no sound as he walked across the forest floor, leaving no trace of his presence.

Bastian's spirit was as boundless as the forest itself, his heart filled with a love of adventure and discovery. His inquisitive nature drove him to explore the hidden corners of the forest, seeking to unravel every mystery of the natural world. With each passing day, the young elf grew more beautiful, wiser, and more in tune with the harmony of the world around him, embodying the essence of his elven ancestry.

He and 12 others had been away from the village for many days, in the deepest parts of the forest. In front of him was Thorem, Bastian's father, the head of the family clan, and a High Mage, wearing only his black elven silk tunic, embroidered with gold thread on the chest and back with the symbol of the family clan.

For the sake of their family clan's territory, they were on a hunt, intending to track down and defeat a Venomous Snake Dragon that was terrorizing the nearby villages. A short distance away was Duran, and not far away were ten other knights in full armor, five of them with archers and five with swords and solid white shields.

Armed with their weapons and magic, they ventured deep into the forest, following the trail of destruction. They approached the beast's lair in a "V" formation, the air thick with tension. The forest was eerily silent, and the ground was littered with the bones of its previous victims. Suddenly, the huge beast appeared, its massive body curled up and ready to attack. Its scales shimmered in the sunlight and its eyes glowed with fierce intelligence.

The archers began their rain of destruction, targeting the beast, while the mage and knights sprang into action, weapons, and spells at the ready. The knights advanced, shield and sword gleaming in the sunlight, while the wizard unleashed a flurry of spells, each more powerful than the last.

As a subspecies of an ancient true dragon, it was a formidable opponent. Its Venomous breath attacks were almost instantly nullified by Thorem's magical responses, and so the beast began to spew Venomous liquid through its sharp tongue and fangs, posing a constant threat. But the wizard and the knights were determined to succeed and fought valiantly. As the battle continued, the beast began to awaken its powers with magical attacks, and its movements did not slow.

Unfortunately, the knights, the army men, and the wizard did not see the beast as a danger nor did they treat it as a serious threat, and, tired, they became slower and slower. The wizard and the knights did not seize the opportunity to defeat the beast with numbers and magic spells, but the beast was no fool to miss a chance, and in a gap in the defensive line, it launched itself in quick movements, zigzagging between the enemy defensive lines, while striking hard at the shield lines with its entire powerful body, dealing deadly blows everywhere.

On its tail, six long, sharp, purple glowing spikes warned everyone of the venom of its attacks, skillfully piercing the two lines of army men and archers. From the beginning, it intended to kill and devour all without leaving a single soul or bone to tell the tale. The beast let out a final roar and made its last physical attack, biting and slashing its massive body, swinging its tail, and piercing anyone who got in its way, creating a line of bodies that lay scattered on the ground, not long after the Venomous Snake Dragon had its own body collapsed in a heap on the ground. In this battle the High Mage and the Knight emerged victorious, their weapons and magic stained with the beast's blood, but a fang sliced through their backs and a bloodied child lay covered in blood.

In its final attack, the beast turned its fangs on the child, and fearing what might happen, Thorem and Duran ran to protect the young elf with their bodies, but the long fangs crossed their bodies and Bastian was hit as well. The main problem was not the wound itself which could be healed with magic and potions, but the Venom, a deadly and untreatable one.

The survivors were Thorem with a long fang traversing his torso, Duran was also badly injured and also had a fang on his belly and a horn stuck on his shoulder, and Bastian who lay in his father’s arms also had a large hole in his chest, they tried to make their way back to the village, but were badly poisoned by the beast creature and realizing the situation not long after began running for their lives deep far into the savage forest were stroke by luck and felt through a black hole on the ground, they had found an obscure cave to hide in.

There were two adults and a child taking shelter in a dark cave. The most impacting scene was the child convulsing on the floor, Thorem the high mage tried unceasingly to heal his son with no visible big results he started to heal his brother Duran that was lying on the floor with a large visible wound and a horn stuck on his shoulder. Trying for the potions in hand he used everything that he knew, but unfortunately, his brother spat mouths full of black blood, and striving to speak Duran did it with blood on his lips:

- Thorem, brother I will not survive, we have no potions nor healing spells for this venom. Duran stated the truth and continued:

-Brother, please use my martial core to try to heal Bastian! It is our only option! Fast! We have no time!

Knowing that Duran was telling the truth, he realized that he could not let his brother's last efforts and life go to waste, and with his own trembling hands and a sharp knife, he opened a deep cut in his brother's belly to reach Duran's Martial Core, and between tears and blood, Thorem closed the wound in his brother's belly with a magic spell. Looking into his brother's face, he saw no light and realized that Duran was dead. With his right hand, he closed Duran's lifeless eyes and, after closing his brother's eyes, kissed his forehead in gratitude for Duran's efforts to save Bastian.

A short time later, Thorem realized that he was in a miserable state, but he tried to stay awake and began screaming and shaking the boy's body in a desperate attempt to wake Bastian. In a desperate attempt to heal his son, he made an incision in the Elf’s abdomen, accessed his Dantian and implanted his brother's core, and began casting the most powerful spell he knew to heal the wounds in Bastian's abdomen.

Trembling and glowing for some time, the core implanted in Bastian's belly, used as an aid, mixed with his body through the spells his father cast, using the vitality of the core to heal from within, the purple poison that kept leaking out showed a terrifying sight, tearing at his skin, dripping from his mouth, nose, eyes, and ears.

Some time passed, and Bastian began to breathe slowly, showing brief movements in his chest that his father could notice, in tears. With a magic core in his hand, Thorem lay down in a corner, his back to the stone wall, and began casting various spells to try to heal himself, barely managing to hold on to a thread of life.

A few hours later Bastian showed some bright light from his eyes and blinked many times and slowly opened his eyes with confusion stamped on his face, bewildered he tried to look at his surroundings he could hear shouts towards him, and with a heavy headache, he put both hands to cover his head and ears, contorting his body and began to scream in pain.
