He tried to call her phone again but he couldn't connect. The phone probably was off or had no more battery.
He needed to contact Aadir and asked him to do something about it. He was scrolling on his phone to find the number to call for Aadir when he heard Capt. Aigasaki's voice, announcing that they were about to land.
He decided not to call Jess anymore. He waited for more than thirteen hours already. A few minutes more won't make a huge difference.
She got out of the room and met Amara and Janella getting ready for the landing. He smiled at the two girls before taking his seat and buckled his seatbelt.
He ordered Antonio to take care of everyone as soon as they landed. Marcus was waiting for him, and they left before everyone else.

"You look ugly," he told Markus as soon as he sat down on the passenger seat of the Land Rover.
