 Pouty Dragon.

(*Celia’s POV*)

For fun, we kept flirting with each other, which meant more boulders for us! Though, there weren’t any tricks with them, and even I quickly learned how to deal with them. Was Soma really that pissed off that we were flirting? Either she is a prude or lonely. Either one will be funny, in my opinion. Heh.

Ria: “Do you think that she will actually entertain us, or just kick us out?” She asked.

Celia: “There haven’t been any boulders lately, so she will probably let us in.” I reply with an unsure tone.

After walking for a few hours, we came to a nice looking cave. Not! It was a fucking giant ass regal door! What is up with people and big ass doors?… Whatever… Of course, there was a real, normal sized door within the big door. Okay… Calm down. Soma is a dragon, so opulence like this isn’t that unheard of for her kind…

The door was locked, as you would expect. Knocking on it a few times, the door eventually opened up. What appeared before us was a woman with white hair. Actually, she super looked like Solia. Are they related?…

Soma: “So… despite the annoying flirting, I am well aware that you two are responsible for getting ride of that barrier. For that, I thank you.” She said with a slightly reluctant and pouty tone.

Ria: “We didn’t do it for free, you know?” She replied.

Soma: “I would assume so… Wait… you, hold still for a bit.” She said before rushing over to me.

Okay, what the fuck? How many times does this even make it? How many fucking times will a woman examine me all over, or sniff me!? Soma circled around me, and kept sniffing me as well… Ria was close to unleashing her full power upon the careless ancient dragon, but I gave her a pleading glance to not execute Soma on the spot.

Soma: “Why do you smell like my youngest sister?” She asked with a thinking pose after she finished examining me.

Celia: “She is my adopted mother. I give her hugs all the time, which is probably why you smell her on me.” I reply with a shrug.

Soma: “Damn…” She said with an annoyed tone.

Celia: “Huh? Why that kind of reaction?” I ask with a confused tone.

Soma: “If you’re her daughter, then I am obligated to help you out. Not to mention the barrier that you dealt with.” She answered with a pout.

Celia: “It’s not that big of a deal, we just need the Elixir of Life that you have in your possession.” I calmly explained.

Soma: “You mean my get out of dying free card? Why the hell would I ever give that up!? Do you know how many kingdoms I had to raze to the ground to acquire just one Elixir of Life!?” She exclaimed.

Ria: “Soma, you’re an ancient dragon. Why would you need such an item? You’re fully immortal.” She asked with a raised eyebrow.

Soma: “Sure, I am immortal, but what if someone finds a way to actually kill me?” She said with an annoyed expression on her face.

Fuck… This might be harder than we thought… Miracle assumed that Soma didn’t need that elixir, but she is clearly paranoid enough to want to keep one on hand. How the hell are we supposed to deal with a paranoid ancient dragon?…

Celia: “Please, Soma, we need it.” I ask with a pleading tone.

Soma: “Why? Just so that you can be immortal? Vanity is the only reason you want it.” She denied with a smug tone.

Celia: “Yona, my other mother, and who is Solia’s wife, was critically injured. She needs an Elixir of Life to be saved.” I explain with a sad tone.

Soma: “…”

Soma was clearly in a battle with her morals, greed, and paranoia, so we let her stew in her thoughts for a while. Which took some time, as she even said to give her a few minutes, and then she slammed her door on us. Thirty minutes later, she opened the door again, but quickly closed it after a few minutes of staring blankly at us. This routine went on eight more times…

*Hours Later.*

Soma was so wishy washy about coming to a decision, that Ria and I had set up a miniature home outside of Soma’s home. You see, we got tired of having Soma open and close her door, so we just ask her to think alone for a while. Eventually, Soma left her home and knocked on our door.

Celia: “Hello, you’ve reached the Celia residence.” I say with a joking tone.

Soma: “I’ll give it to you two, but only if you do something for me.” She said with a serious tone.

Celia: “Nooooo! Not another fetch quest! Ria! We have to do another thing, just to get the thing that we originally set out to claim!” I exclaim with a shocked tone.

Ria: “I am beginning to want to burn this entire continent to the ground…” She said with a sigh.

Soma: “…”

Then Ria and I went on a rant about how annoyed we were from all of the annoyances that we’ve gone through since coming to this land. I think that we did that for at least ten minutes, maybe even more? We mostly did this because Soma made us wait so damn long for her to give us a single answer on the matter of the Elixir of Life.

Celia: “Okay, our complaining is done. What is your request, oh sister-in-law of mine?” I ask with a calm tone.

Soma: “I lied, I don’t have an Elixir of Life.” She confessed.

Celia: “…”

Ria: “…”

Celia: “Then why are you trying to offer us something that you do not have?” I ask with a fed up tone.

Soma: “You see, a few years ago, I was very drunk…” She said with an embarrassed tone.

Ria: “And you drank the Elixir of Life by accident!?” She yelled in annoyance.

Soma: “What? No! I wasn’t THAT drunk.” She denied with a pout.

Celia: “Then what happened to it?” I ask with a curious tone.

Soma: “I had two Elixirs of Life. I met a woman many years ago, and I pawned them off so that I could have sex with her.” She explained.

Celia: “…”

Ria: “So, now we have to go get them from her?” She asked with a sigh.

Soma: “No? By a few years, I mean a few hundred years. She was a human, so she is long since passed away. Her kingdom is also long gone.” She replied.

This is getting to be an even more annoying task than we originally thought that it would be… Why can’t anything just go right in this damn place? It’s like it is designed to fuck with us at every fucking step…

Celia: “So, how do we find them? And what if she lost or used them?” I ask with a raised eyebrow.

Soma: “I was planning on surprising her if she ever used one, as she would end up immortal. As such, I put magic on the elixir’s that would tell me if they were used. That magic is still active, so they haven’t been used.” She explained with a confident tone.

Celia: “And the location?” I ask.

Soma: “It’s in Brimo.” She replied.

Ria: “Brimo?” She asked with a head tilt.

Soma: “Yes, Brimo.” She replied with a nod.

Ria: “…”

Come to think of it, I now know why Soma was so hesitant telling us about the Elixir of Life. She lost them for sex, and would have to ask us to go get them back for her. Which, for her, an ancient dragon, is quite embarrassing. But why does she need us to get them? Can’t she just get them on her own?…

Celia: “If you know where they’re located at, then why don’t you go get them yourself?” I ask an unsure tone.

Soma: “I would if I was desperate for them, but I am not. You two need one, though.” She replied with a shrug.

Ria: “Is there a reason why you don’t want to get them?” She asked.

Soma: “Brimo, which was what her kingdom was called, is now a land of the dead. It’s completely blocked off, and no one goes into it. Ah, the Elixirs of Life will be in her bedroom in her castle.” She explained with a nonchalant tone.

Ria: “…”

Celia: “…”

Okay, no fucking wonder why she doesn’t want to get them… Even if she is immortal, there is still a possibility that she could get infected and turn into a zombie. Why does it always have to be fucking zombies!? Fuck… my head hurts so damn much…
