->2nd Effect: The attack inflicts a Vital Burn debuff for 30 seconds, dealing 0.5% of the target's health damage per second since this flame burns the vital life essence of the target. (This debuff can be removed by the target that possesses countermeasure against it.)
Aren tried to add a skill point in the skill with his thought since he had four skill points total.

The source, which was his bloodline power, was already high. So even if he made fireball bloodline skill, it would be at least A rank, he felt.
Of course, the complexity, effectiveness, and potential were the majority factors that decided the rank of skills the further they went up in rank.
All in all, and were overall better than skill.

-2nd Effect: You also gain +100 Fire elemental mastery while using this ability. Your attacks have a 1% chance to inflict Vital Burn debuff for 5 seconds.
-3rd Effect: While using this ability, you will naturally cut away a certain level of wind resistance in the atmosphere to improve your flying speed and maneuverability. Your physical attack speed will also increase by 30%.
