"Hahahahaha! You fool! Do you really think you can escape me? Your fate has already been decided, now come and enter my belly" [Wolf].

"I... I don't want to!" [Water Rabbit]

"Please! I have children at home" [Fire Rabbit].

"Then I'll eat the children so you can all be reunited in my stomach. One big happy family at home" [Wolf]

"NO!" [Rabbit]

"Question, where did you find this... Am I interrupting something?" [Diana]

"Huh?" [Wolf]

"A wolf! Diana, get away!" [Dana]

And the wolf gets stabbed in the heart by Dana's Gungnir. Maybe the wolf is trying to eat those rabbits. It looks like that. It's nature, and it can be brutal indeed, but that's something I've come to terms with, but I'm still glad that these two rabbits are safe and sound.

I asked the two rabbits about the different herbs that are nourishing for humans. Well, they are rabbits, so they don't know much, which is to be expected, so I described one of the many herbs used by the hospital. They seemed to know the place and I quickly followed them. As for Dana, I thought she would follow me, but Kat somehow prevented her from doing so, forcing her to read an encyclopedia she brought with her so she could learn more from it.

I tried to teach Dana about nature communication magic, but she said it's too difficult for her. Well, I have the blessing of the fairy queen Titania, so of course I can communicate with flora and fauna, and when I have difficulty, I just use this spell and somehow it's not so hard for me. Even the elven adventurers have said that they have difficulty using this spell, so they're impressed when I can use it without effort. Even Elegast said the same thing.

This is Dana's first quest as an adventurer, and I wanted to help her as much as I could, but she's also determined to do it herself. She keeps saying she wants to prove Alice wrong. I don't know what she wants to prove, but I feel a little sad that Dana doesn't want my help. Well... Fine then! I'll just have to prove to her that I'm better than that encyclopedia she's reading!

Without much effort, I find a fresh herb that is needed for the quest. Dana looks a bit sad and now I feel bad. Why? I wanted to help her, so why is she sad?

"How about letting Dana try it herself? Isn't it more fun for her to succeed on her own? Smile from the side. I'm sure you'll smile too when you see her trying her best" [Khamisah].

"I don't get it, but if it's for Dana, I'll do anything!" [Diana]

"You really have a knack for teaching kids" [Nar].

"It's impressive... We can't even get her to behave.

" [Sas]

"It comes with age and experience" [Khamisah].

"Yes Grandma... Ouch!" [Nar]

"I'm not that old yet" [Khamisah]

"I was just joking!" [Nar]

Kat guides Dana on how to tell the difference between two similar looking herbs. For me, I can just ask them what the human called them and they will answer, but for others, they need their own eyes and knowledge. I realize that I really take my blessing for granted, so maybe I didn't really understand why Dana was so eager to prove that she could do this quest on her own? I still can't understand it, but if Sister Khamisah said that she would be happiest if she did it herself, then I won't help her! Yes! I'll cheer for her from the sidelines. As I cheered from the side, a familiar Hanging Treant greeted me.

"Your friend? That's impressive" [Khamisah].

"You're not weirded out like others? That's impressive! Even Dana is on guard" [Diana].

"I can't feel anything threatening about this Hanging Treant, and even if I'm wrong, I'm strong enough to handle it" [Khamisah].

"I guess I really have a lot to learn then..." [Dana]

"Well, she's barbaric... Ouch!" [Sas]

(I can't decide if the two heroes are close to Miss Saga or not...) [Kat]

The Hanging Treant greeted me and I introduced him to my two new sisters. Of course he's happy to meet them. This Hanging Treant is a good Treant after all. If only he could stay with us, I'm sure I'd call him something like uncle or grandpa. Perhaps, as a former saint for the elves, he will even get along with Saintess Rumia, just as he does with Cardinal Davis.

"The hot weather from the Empire... Oh! The one from yesterday. I'm surprised, there's really nothing that escapes you when it comes to the forest" [Diana].

"Care to explain?" [Sas]

"Well..." [Diana]

I tell them about what happened back then with the Dragonewt tribe

(From what the forest tells me, it's like an elemental monster they never see, covered in fire. It always moves slowly, but I don't think it should be a threat, though when it lets out a scream, it burns everything in its path) [Hanging Treant].

"I see... Thank you for telling me, Mr. Hanging Treant. I'll tell the others as well. Oh, and can you help us with something else? Pretty please" [Diana]

(I'll be glad to help) [Hanging Treant]

I explained to the Hanging Treant that there are two groups that want to disrupt the Salin Event. The Hanging Treant doesn't seem to know about it, but he'll take note and let me know if he finds anything. He's nice as always! As for the others, I described what the Hanging Treant had just told me. They said they would bring the matter to the attention of the Guild Master and the Knights.

After saying goodbye to the Hanging Treant, Dana continues to work hard. Her eyes seem to focus on the encyclopedia and then on the herbs she finds. She grumbles, gets angry when she's wrong, and feels triumphant when she gets the right herbs. She's having fun while cutely showing Kat that she can get it right. This makes me cheer for her, but Nar and Sas don't, as they comment that she can be a bit childish, which makes Sister Khamisah slap them on the head. Dana, Kat, and I jumped when they made the ouch sound loudly.

After Dana gets the required amount for the quest, it's time to go home. Dana tried to store it in her item box magic, but she failed, so she used a special item bag to store it. It's a difficult spell. I think I just saw Linda and Master Merlin do it. Again, I have to thank my Blessing and The Fairy Spring for this.

"Congratulations on your first successful quest. For a first time, I will turn a blind eye to how poorly you pick up the herbs, but once again, congratulations" [Alice].

"Wait a minute! What do you mean, I pick it up badly! I'm sure I'm following what Kat told me!" [Dana]

"Oh boy... Alice... Please go easy on her" [Kat]

"No! I want an explanation! I'll show you I can do it perfectly next time!" [Dana]

"Well... Diana, can you show me some of the herbs you pick? Let's compare them" [Alice]

"Hey! Why are you comparing me to her?" [Dana]

"So you can learn faster, am I wrong?" [Alice]

"Are you picking a fight?" [Dana]

"I am not, in fact, I have faith that you will be the next Saga in a few years, so I am being hard on you so that you can be a truly amazing Saga when the time comes!" [Alice]

"I... I am the Saga!" [Dana]

"I'll be honest, I mentioned this to the Guild Master, and I fully believe you have what it takes" [Khamisah].

"Absolutely. I agree with her" [Nar].

"You're a diamond in the rough now, but keep polishing yourself" [Sas].

"I... I'll do my best then!" [Dana]

"Go Dana, go! I've got your back!" [Diana]

And Alice's comparison session didn't end well for Dana, as she looks defeated. The other new adventurers even stop by to learn a thing or two from Alice. She really is a capable guild receptionist. When she asks me how I manage to pick the herbs correctly, I tell her that the herbs tell me to do so, which gives the others a question mark on their face, but they just let it go.
