Mr. Ling started out as a casual odd job, and along the way, through legal and illegal work, managed to climb his way to the top of society and gain enough trust from the Emperor of Xianxia to become his Prime Minister. He's a commoner, and yet he's able to prove himself capable. What an interesting fellow!
Now all we have to do is wait for the day when the festival arrives. Of course, the bigger event is the International Conference. I'm interested in it because it will be a battleground for Aunt Amleth to convince other countries to tackle the crisis of the Devil King's resurrection, but I'm sure I won't have any part in it, so I'm more interested in this festival.

He masked it and woven his mana into it to make this story more believable.
