Amleth is getting busier with tourists and delegations every day. A sea of humans, beastmen, elves, dwarves, demons and angels. They're all here for the upcoming conference and succubus festival. The streets are usually busy, but now they're filled with even more activity. Vendors from various regions are displaying their wares. Some are good, some are rare, some are fraudulent. From the cursed sword to an ordinary fur and pepper.
The succubus district, being one of the main attractions, are also having influx of tourists. They're mostly men, perverted men who want to take the beautiful succubus away for themselves. They say they're noble, the son of a rich merchant, etc., and they all say the same thing.
"You are better off with me. You will not have to worry about money after you marry into me".
That's what I heard, and without a single hesitation, I cast a mirage spell. A mirage magic that's responsible for making them go crazy and fall asleep in an instant before being taken away by the guard. The City Guard will have a good excuse to arrest them for causing trouble, and there are various witnesses to back it up. Of course, it's thanks to my spell that they're making the ruckus, but it's better than any undesirable action those guys might take.
"And this is 2 weeks before the festival even begins" [Eisheth].
"I can't wait to see how busy we'll be!"
"There's already demand for our beauty products, even though we haven't unveiled them yet. At this rate, I'm afraid they'll get mad at us for not making enough"

Today, just before my rehearsal with the Opera House, I visited the succubus district to see if they needed any help or not. The answer is no, as they have pretty much done everything they can and are just waiting for the festival to start.
With nothing much to do, I just sit around with Fie and start eating with the succubi. They're happy that I'm safe and sound. They're also a bit more careful when they see elves around me. I tell them that it's okay, I can protect myself if necessary, but they didn't really believe in me.
"By the way, when this festival and conference is over, please spend some time with us." [Eisheth].

"This is originally a plan for a picnic with you, and somehow along the way it turned into this. We're grateful, but we still haven't fulfilled the original promise."
