Of course, I stare at the captives and even use my magic to terrorize their minds, but it's pale in comparison to the Empress Elizabeth. She just stares at them to make them spill whatever they know, and apparently that's all we needed.
"The Dark Guild, but it doesn't look like a big operation. Just a bunch of minions looking for some extra income. I'm relieved" [Dana].
"About 10 hours before my performance, and considering my makeup and all, I'd say about 8 hours. That's it, I'll definitely get them before then!" [Diana].

"We already have their location, so I'll go with you" [Elizabeth].

"It's fine. Just a nice stretch. Besides, I can see the three of you fighting. It is definitely better than just lounge around at a festival" [Elizabeth].

And so, with the clue we were given, the four of us quickly went to the outskirts where we were looking for a certain building.

"That's usually the case. An ordinary thug will do just fine in a shackle, but for someone from the Dark Guild, they will usually avoid radar, be it from the authorities or the Adventure Guild, hence, their choice pf building" [Dana].

We quickly break into the nice-looking building. Apparently the tenants are just confused, but since we're here to attack them, it doesn't take long for them to react. Unfortunately for them
"Fire. Bind them" [Valerie].

"My clothes! My sword! It's melting!"
"Hot! Hot! Hot! Hot!"
"Why you... Gahh!"
"I don't even have to use my blood arts. Disappointing. Even my rapier feels disgusted to have to slay a weakling" [Elizabeth].
"I can sense several souls below. There's more of them underground!" [Diana]
"I see. Gungnir! Roar with thunderous clap! Thunder Dragon!" [Dana]
Dana, enhancing her Gungnir with a powerful lightning spell, stabbed downward. Such a powerful force that even Empress Elizabeth whistles as she's impressed by her. Valerie also looks at Dana in awe. It's really powerful as it pierces through the floor right into the underground room where there are a bunch of suspicious men. I can also sense three or four children. They're in good shape. I guess they've just been kidnapped today. Before those guys could even think of using the kids as hostages, I intervened.
"Take this! Ice mirage!" [Diana].
Inspired by Savel's icy breath, I did the same. I blew an icy wind out of my mouth, powered it with wind magic, and imbued it with a powerful sleep spell, causing them to fall asleep one by one. Normally, I would vividly imagine them falling asleep, but since I've become more proficient with this spell and my opponent has no mirage resistance, it's not necessary.
"My consciousness..."
"Help me..."
"Isn't this... The heroes... Little sisters..."
"Well done!" [Dana]
"Thank you. Is this every one of them? I couldn't sense any souls around, nor did my search magic respond to anything" [Diana].
"Only one way to find out." [Elizabeth]
"Understood. Diana and Valerie, can you see the kidnapped children? We will take care of the rest" [Dana]

Valerie see that the locks on the cage are melted with her flame. It's the Devil King's flame, so she's extra careful when she uses it, but I can tell how much she improved. Once the lock on the cage is gone, we quickly attend to the children. They're gagged and bound. I've never seen them before, and neither has Valerie, so I'm sure they're not Amlethian.
"Impressive. They don't flinch from my gaze. Very impressive. Children, you might want to close your eyes and ears" [Elizabeth].
"I don't like this... Blind! Deaf!" [Diana]
I did it to the children, to myself and to Valerie. Before the spell activated, I heard the word blood art. I guess she's controlling her blood to do something? Maybe she can even control other people's blood? Whatever it is, Dana taps my hand. I can tell it's her soft hand, and judging by her actions, I'm guess I can dispel the blind and deaf spell. I can see a few drops of blood from the one being interrogated. I thought it would be a sea of blood, but still, the guy being interrogated by the empress is in really bad shape, and the others are extremely scared. Even Dana is a bit pale.
"There's only this one place, even though the ringleader isn't here. Let's get the children to safety" [Dana].
"I don't think their ringleader is worthy of my rapidr either. I will just let this country's lackeys do their job. Still, I'm very impressed with the three of you, especially you, Flame Lady" [Elizabeth].

After tying everyone up, I cast a wind and gravity spell on the kidnappers. The wind spell is easy, but the gravity spell to keep them afloat is a bit tricky. I don't have the dark fairy's blessing. I'm guessing since time is a subcategory of dark spell, the fairy who rules the dark element is none other than Maleficent. As for the four children we rescued, we take them to the nearest knight's post and explain the situation. The knight thanks us all and promises to take care of everything from here on out, from making sure the children are reunited with their families to bringing the ring leader to justice.
Since there's still time before I have to go to the opera, we have a little chat with Empress Elizabeth. It's not every day that we get to talk to her, and
