"How could they?" she released the deep breath she had no idea she'd been holding in. "How dare they?!"
Peng Xiaoli jolted from her seat at Jian Xiaofei's outburst. "Xiaofei."
"I... I would have said we should place a call to Boss, but she needs some time off from all this drama given how she is managing her work now."

She settled back on her seat, her fingers immediately going to work on her laptop keyboard.
