The heart that always glows with the rising sun… the one that we’ve always kept safe…
Don’t be silly, can I really say it anytime?
Don’t lie to me, I’ll cry.
I can’t get over it… the fallen star lying in the darkness of my heart… it’s a big burden.
Who the hell are you?
I love you, I love you so much, that I can’t stop.
Are you that great God?
It’s useless.
I’m a fairy who’s lost in the moonlit night.
Do you think you’ll get into trouble if you believe too much?
I can’t hear you, whose voice is that of a sad song. The blues with no hard luck.
Author Notes:
This is a work from the time when I became aware of my budding dream of making a poem out of a series of tanka. (TL Note: a Japanese poem in five lines and thirty-one syllables, giving a complete picture of an event or mood.)
It’s less than 200 words, so I’m supposed to write an afterword here.
I guess it depends on the occasion, but this is originally a site called “Shosetsuka” ni Narou. What can I do?
Oh, thank you for reading this.
I’m looking forward to meeting you again.
See you soon.
