During the noon, he went to the Sitri to see what happen during the battle...

Rias and Asia were at the top of the old school building and were facing off against Raiser.
No matter how many times Rias attacked Raiser easily regenerated, since he was born with a body of an immortal he was a tough opponent.
He was playing with Rias, showing off his regenerative properties but then an announcement was heard.
"Participant Issei has defeated Raiser-sama's Queen"
This put Raiser in a tough position and Rias already had a smile.
However, during that time he played dirty, he created a massive fireball and shot directly towards Asia.
In order to defend Asia, Rias jumped near the fireball because there was not much time to prepare for a counterattack she got a direct hit.
With teary eyes, Asia was about to heal Rias when suddenly there was another fireball attack which knocked out Rias.
This concluded the match.

Issei, stared at the roof endlessly but something flashed in his eyes, and suddenly his lips arch upwards.
A magic array, white in colour appeared.
It was none other than Grayfia, she bowed as she came closer to Issei and spoke,
"I see you are not attending Lady Rias's marriage"
"Well, I have no interest in attending something which is forced for the other party and clearly has no interest"
"What is marriage, in your sense of terms Hyodo-kun?"
"Everyday sex? Benefit for each of the represented families? For the future for a certain family? Political decision? On the other hand, two souls who understand each other, fallen in love together and finally want to live peacefully as a family. Which one are you asking exactly?"
"You are straight forward"
"I am, there is no need for me to lie unless necessary"
"What opinions do you have for the current status of the underworld?"
"I understand that the current situation for the Underworld isn't at its finest, but do you think that one must abide feelings in order to secure future of Underworld? You see, in the end it will haunt everyone and do you know why? Grayfia was taken aback, when she could not get what Issei said, but when she turned her head to see, a figure standing on.
He had majestic aura, but his face was not visible since it was dark in Issei's room.
"Great Devil King, what might you be doing here?" the little shocked Grayfia said.
The job that the Devil King gave her, she did not expect that he would himself come to do so.
Then a handsome, calm and kind voice rung, which belonged from the man standing on the magic circle,
"It seems like you are just like a moving arrow, once shot, will definitely reach its destination"
"That is correct" he replied as he got up.
"I always was against this marriage, but father thought about the future of the devils since he participated in the last war, he is really a good man, the only thing is he has gone a little side tracked, would you help me?"
"It would be my deepest pleasure to ruin a shitty marriage like that"
Hearing this the Great Devil King laughed and then said,
"My name is Sirzechs Lucifer; it's pleasant to meet you, Issei Hyodo"
"The Crimson Satan, eh, the pleasure is all mine Lucifer-san"
Grayfia was taken aback, because everyone addresses the Great Devil King with –sama, but this guy.
Hearing this the Devil King laughed out loud and said, "You are indeed a strange one, where everyone addresses as an emperor you didn't, you did it like-"
"An Emperor meeting another? Correct, I am an emperor"
Sirzechs had a smile on his face, and was about to return, but then he said something...
"I have been curious ever since my sister sent the reports regarding all her servants, I always found you the most intruding, who are you really?"
"Will this conversation be publicized?"
"Trust me; it's me, Grayfia and you"
