When the attendants and Raiser, which included Rias, turned around to see who it was, they were shocked to the core.
The man was wearing, golden and crimson metallic outfit, with a black cape.
His crimson hair fell almost to his shoulders and had dynamic green eyes, with a handsome face.
"Th-The-The Great Devil King, Sirzechs Lucifer-samaaaaaaaaa!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!"
One of attendants screamed at the top of his voice, the entire room became hetic, people were talking and stuff, but then Sirzechs waves his arm indicating to stop right, there and that instant everyone fell silent.
Slowly, Sirzechs walked near Raiser, who had bowed down then spoke,
"Raiser-kun, I brought him here"
"Why would you do such thing?"
"Because I was a spectator of the previous match, between you and my little sister, and admit it or not she had you cornered"
"I do believe that the final result is all that matters" Raiser said with a disgusted face.
"But, my sister is an uprising devil, she does deserve a second chance, don't you think"
Raiser knew it was pointless to argue against the Devil King, so asked,
"What do you want me to do?"
"How about a duel?"
"A duel against me and Rias?"
"No, a duel against you and Rias's pawn, Issei Hyodo"
"A duel against me and that pheasant, it would not be even a match, I will just annihilate him"
"We'll see about that" Sirzechs looks up as he continues, "Ise-kun, do you accept the duel?"
'Calling me 'Ise' from the get-go, huh' Issei thought in his mind, and then he spoke, "I see why not"
"Do you accept Raiser-kun?"

With a disgusted look, Raiser stared at Issei.
"Devil King, do you mind if I speak something?" when Issei spoke, he was already surrounded by Rias's peerage, Akeno, Kiba and Koneko, who had sad and angry expression before this situation, now held a ray of hope.
"Speak your mind, Ise-kun," the Devil King said.
"Rias Gremory, there is a balcony up there you see, there are two person standing there, one is your father and the latter is fried chicken's, I am willing to go any extent for you, but what do you feel? I can swipe everyone here and take you away and I can do the duel as well, but all this will fell a bit forced if you do not say what you really want to do, I will leave, face your fears, speak, as long as I am here, I promise you, even if the Demon God Lucifer Morningstar comes down, he won't be able to touch so much as you hair strand"
Everyone was moved by Issei's speech, even though they did not show it, they were definitely moved by it.

"You were about to betray Katurai-kun didn't you?"
The pressure emitting from that woman's body was too much for Grace to handle, but then something flashed in her eyes.
"Listen Loyla, how about you join the {Chaos Brigade} with me? We will be invincible, leave the {Twelve Horns}, alright"
*BOOM*
All of the rocks smashed Grace into a pool of blood and meat.
"Unlike you I am loyal Grace," she said as she picks up the suitcase that had Phoenix's Tears and many of them in it.
"Katurai-kun job done"
