When Kiba hears the voice, he lifts up his head to his surprise the person standing in front of him is none other than he fought against when Issei was fighting the fallen angel Rayranare...he was using light swords, Freed.

"Demon-kun~, I heard about your secret that is why I'm here to see how are you doing?" Freed said in a disgusted voice as he draws out a sword from which aura was radiating...
Seeing that sword, many unpleasant memories triggered inside Kiba's mind...
At that moment he creates a sword in his hand and prepares to fight, his eyes are cold and filled with anger without saying anything further he dashes towards Freed.
To his surprise Freed, dodges that quiet easily and starts to swing his sword randomly, normally Kiba would have dodged it and started his counter-attack but the current state of his mind and his heart were at turmoil, since his mind is filled with only the thought of revenge.
All he was doing now was taking the attacks head on and blocking them with his sword, which has started to fall apart.

The Holy Sword hits Kiba directly in the abdomen, since devils are weak against Holy-Sword or rather any holy ability has the strength to damage Devils to any extent...unless one has strength that is at least High-class devil 2nd tier one will take heavy damage when struck with a Holy-ability...that's why...
Even though it was only a scratch, the pain had intensified since the ability was Holy...
At that moment, Kiba fails to react as he gets a hard kick in his stomach and smashes directly at a wall, spitting a mouthful of blood.

One of the girls, who have blue hair and green bangs, held a sword which was wrapped under a cloth, her eyes were distant and she seemed to have sensed something.
The other one had a joyous expression she had orange hair, which is tied as long twin-tail
She then turns her gaze towards Issei and says, "Hey Ise, long time no see how have you been?"
Issei expression showed that he had already forgotten about the person in front of him...he was thinking in his mind...
'Her expression is same as that kid...no way did I mistook the gender as a boy, I sure have made a blunt mistake'
"I am sorry, but were you the kid from our neighbourhood who used to play with me and my kid sis?" Issei asks directly...
"Yes, that is correct, where is your sister? I haven't seen her here" the twin-tail girl says, even though Issei appeared to be calm on the surface the question still hurts him...he was about to reply, when the other girl stood up and spoke,
"Irina let's leave, I don't want to stay here"
"But why?"
"No buts just come"
She dragged Irina out of the Hyodo household, it was dark, the rain had stopped quite a while ago and only few patches of water were here and there.
Issei walks near the door as he watches both of the girls leave; he very well knew what the reason...was
It was because the fact that those two are from church and they greatly despise devils, that blue hair girl found out when she saw Issei, thats why they left hurriedly...
He closed the door and walked towards his room to explain what just happen to Rias.

,Kiba as well although his expression was that of someone who had lost all will to do anything...
At that moment a knock was heard on the door, to which Akeno replies "Please come in"
The person who walks in was none other than Sona, the Student Council President and Tsubaki the vice president.
Rias asks directly to Sona with a little confused expression, "What brings you here?"
"I have brought some guests who would like to have a deal with you."
