"Well that was quite a shot!" Ethan said as he jumped into my room from the thin air.
"OH was it, but to be honest hearing it from the person who is responsible for my safety doesn't really make me happy...." I said as I walked towards the chair and sat down. "....instead it makes me quite angry." I said as I glared towards him.
"Well I already knew that His highness can handle this small things by himself so I just kept quiet and watched the show." Ethan said as he smiled a bit.
"Just because I can handle it doesn't give a good reason for your absence." I said as I looked through the documents.
"Well I know....but you see a cat cut my road while I was coming here, so I had to take a long cut." He said as he sighed.
"A cat that....in imperial palace? Is that supposed to be a joke?" I asked him as I raised one of my eyebrows. "...Well if it is then let me tell you it very lame." I said as I signed the documents.

"And I am taking about the cat only it has blue gross like hair with orange eyes and he is tooooooooo much annoying!!" Ethan said as he clenched his fists.

Seriously he is 4 years older then me, but still he acts even more childish then a 4 year old kid.
"Hah just leave it....taking with you only gives me extra headache." I said as I focused my concentration into the documents.
Daniel and Ethan are step brothers and they hardly get along with each other.And everytime they meet they talk less and fight more. And now somehow I have become a listener to them or its more correct to say that....They always come to me and tell me about their fights, As if I am a refree. Sometimes it really makes me wonder who is working under whom?
"Thats too much of work?" Ethan said as he looked at the piles of books and documents.
"Well I already know that no need to say it again." I said as I looked at the letters that I received for the past ten days.

The letters were from different noble families, some were for party invitations, some where from the young ladies of the empire, some where about business purpose and one was from the Crown prince of the northern i.e the Giled kingdom.
Brazen Alvis Spencer, the crown prince of the Giled Kingdom is know far and wide for his playful nature. His personality is called boorish by the nobles since just like his name, he is very bold and has no filter in his words.
But that's not all, despite being the youngest of all other prince he was still able to get the position of the crown prince that too fair and square.That explains enough how great of a person he is, and I wouldn't brag but both of us are good friends.
And not many people know about it. Since our friendship may look like an opportunity to others.
"Thats from Prince Brazen right?" Ethan asked as he peaked into my letter.
I almost forgot that he is one of the person who knows about our friendship.
"Yes it is." I said as I opened the letter, It had a sweet honey like fragrance in it. It's probably the Alyssum flower which grows the best in the northern kingdom.
"Such a sweet and warm fragrance." Ethan said as he smiled enjoying the aroma.
"I know it also my favorite." I said as I looked through the letter.
The letter was beautifully written, I hope the input is good too....Let's read it...I thought as I started to read the letter line by line.

Well even if you are not, I can't help it since I am in other side of the world.

"What the heck is he writing!!" I said as I slammed the letter on my desk, "So Gross..!" I said as I shaked my head to refresh myself.
"Please calm down,your highness. Prince Brazen is just being playful, like he always does." Ethan said as he picked up the fallen books and kept them in the table.
"Yeah I know, but still sometimes he does things in a too extreme way." I said as I closed his letter and kept it in a book far from my eyes reach.
"Well I must agree with that." Ethan said as he smiled towards me. "Hah, but anyway why would he suddenly think of visiting the solar empire?" I said as I looked at the ink I got on my hand.
"Umm, who knows, after all we are talking about Prince Brazen here....he just does whatever he wants and no one knows if he has a motive behind it or not ??" Ethan said as he shrugged.
"You right. Given to his personality it's hard to understand his mind." I said as I picked up another letter. "I Guess we can just wait." Ethan said. "Hmm.." I replied as I looked at the current letter in my hand. It was from Lady Carot, which was quite unusual since she never sent me one before.
"Now what should this mean?" I said as I holded the letter in my hand. "Its from Lady Carot right?" Ethan asked. "Yes it is..." I said as I hesitated to open the letter.
"She never sent you one before, Did she?" Ethan asked. "Nah this is the first...." I said as I putted the letter on my desk "....So I am wondering if I should open it or not?" I said as I looked at the light green envelope with a golden string tied in it.
"Hmm, According to the rumors she is a kind and gentle lady. So I don't think she would cause any type of harm. Plus at the empress banquet she tried to stand for Lady Winter, Didn't she?" Ethan said. "But then again she did felt a bit suspicious..." Ethan continued.
"At Mother birthday banquet...." I murmured and to be honest she does feels suspicious but "I trust lady carot lady and I trust the three of you too!" Lady Winter's words rang in my mind suddenly and that made me smile a bit, if Lady Winter trusts her, maybe I can trust her too.
And I can keep an eye on her too, so that if she does anything to Lady winter I can just eliminate her.
"Right let's open the letter!"I thought as I opened the letter which had a minty fragrance,it felt really refreshing.

thank her for such a precious book." I said as I took out a pen and paper.

"Well nothing much~ It just that if Lady Winter hears about your conversation with another lady she might feel a bit uneasy~~" Ethan said as he smiled.
