Chapter 73: Cat And Dog

Irene agreed to Ash suggestion because she understood where he was coming from furthermore she didn't want to make any more connections with other characters
(because as stated before every character has a bitter ending and if she gets attached with she will for sure try to help them out which will create a lot of chaos.)
Also, she didn't want the crown prince to feel insecure for some reason he has been in her mind for a long and now she doesn't even want to stop thinking of him.
But.....not visiting the palace and dukedom didn't help her at all as Harris started to visit her now and then and she can't even decline his offer like who would stand against the second most powerful family I'm the empire when you yourself are on the last.
And right now she is relaxing with violet and smith sisters, though the combination is weird for Irene's sake all of them were ready to compromise.
"Hah, so that's how your life is going?" Molly who heard the story said as she patted Irene's shoulders. "Yes..." Irene said she sighed.
"I didn't even know lady Wilson had a twin brother?" Violet who was painting a picture said.
"Yes, that is because he rarely stayed at solar and the most time he stayed was for 2 years and that time he was always with the princes," Molly said as she went looking at what violet was painting.
"Wow, you draw pretty well." Molly complimented her. "Hehe thanks, would you like to have it?"
Violet said as she offered the painting to her.
"Can you give it to me?" Molly asked as she looked at with questionable eyes.
"Just take it, violet has lots and lots of the same picture," Irene said as she smiled at them.
."Really? But why the same picture?" Molly asked her.
"I just have the habit of drawing something until it's perfect," Violet said as her cheeks turned into a light shade of pink.
"I see....hah here I am always giving up halfway," Molly said as she laughed at herself.
"No worries everyone isn't the same, lady smith must be good in something else?" Violet said trying to cheer her up.
"Violet is right, Molly you are good at speaking whatever is in your mind...many people can't that," Irene said as she smiled.
"Well if the both of say so then I must be good too~," Molly said as she grinned.
Three of them were busy talking around wen. Suddenly they heard a *grumble grumble* sound.
Three if they looked at each other and then at kelly who was sitting silently on a sofa looking at them.
"Well, I am good at eating~," Kelly said as she laughed awkwardly making everyone laugh.
"Kelly are you hungry?" Molly asked as she patted her head.
"Yes..." Kelly said as her light brown eyes looked at the chocolate - coloured table.
"My bad I must have told the maids to be something, please wait a second I will call them..." Irene said as he rose up from her seat.
"No need for that, you guys were talking weren't you just wait here. I will call them." Kelly said as she stood up from her seat.
"Will that be fine?" Irene asked not sure of what to do.
"Yes it's really fine, she can't stay at one place for long anyway," Molly said as she shrugged.
"That's because I have been around since birth~," Kelly said as she stick out her tongue towards Molly.
"You...." Molly said as she glared at her, "I am going." Kelly said as she opened the door and went straight towards the kitchen but while turning around she suddenly bumped into someone and with a thud both of them fell to the ground.
"Ahhh," Two voices one belonging to Kelly and the other was a boy's voice said. Kelly looked at the boy and he was the one she has been hearing about since she came here. The guess is right it's Harris.
"What the heck?" Harris said as he looked at the tiny body above him.
His orange eyes met with the brown eyes as the brown hair with the smell of cocoa was tingling his insides.
"Tabby cat---" Kelly said as she looked at him.
"Ta...Tabby...? You... are you calling me a cat right now!!" Harris said angrily as he pushed Kelly aside and stood up.
Kelly looked dazed as she was still sitting on the floor, "Tabby...I want candy..." Kelly said as she rampage through her dress pockets.
"Candy??" Harris said looking confused.
"Low blood pressure need sugar..." Kelly said as she touched her forehead.
"You have low blood pressure no wonder she is calling a tabby cat...*sigh* here take this." He said she offered her a red wrapper inside which was a big chocolate taffy.
Kelly looked at him with *are you sure* eyes,
"I originally bought it for lady winter but you need it more now so just have it," Harris said as he scratched the back of his neck.
"Thank you.." Kelly said as she put the whole chocolate in her mouth in one go.
"Have it slowly or else you will choke....." Harris said but Kelly always gulped all of it with no problem.
"Hehe, don't worry I am used to it," Kelly said as she smiled towards him.
Her sudden smile made him blush so he turned to the other side. "I see but anyway you still have some chocolate in the corner of your mouth."
Harris said as he took out his handkerchief thinking of giving it to her so she could clean herself.
But as he turned around he saw, Kelly was licking the chocolate off my mouth with the help of her tongue.
Which made him creep and laugh out at the same time, "Why are you laughing?" Kelly asked as she tilted her head.
"You just looked like a puppy right now locking off her nose," Harris said as he laughed.
"So what puppies are cute~ so I must be cute too," Kelly said as she shrugged.
Hearing that Harris laugh disappeared as he came near her and wiped off the leftover chocolate with his handkerchief.
"Yeah yeah they are cute and all but still you must not act like that around other nobles....some of them are very poisoned tongues," Harris said as he handed the handkerchief to her and went a few steps back.
"Okay...I understand." Kelly said calmly.
"Okay, but can I know who you are? I never saw you before? And as far as I know, lady either doesn't have a sister." Harris asked as he looked at her from top to the bottom.
"OH, I am Kelly Smith the youngest daughter of count Smith, along with my sister who came to hang out with Irene." She said as she bowed towards him.
"Count Smith I see no wonder you had that cocoa aroma around you( because it's a rare perfume made out of cocoa and is only given to the merchants as a token of Praise by the emperor)....anyway I am Harris Willson if your father is a merchant you must have heard about me," Harris said in a friendly tone.
"Yes since both of our families have also collapsed many times so I am aware of your existence. " Kelly said as she cleaned her hands with the handkerchief.
"Ahh yeah, but where are you going? " Harris asked as he looked at kelly.
"Kitchen to order some food~," Kelly said as she looked at Harries who seemed to be following him.
"But why you? Where is lady winter?" Harris asked as he looked around the villa?
"She, my sister and lady carot were having a conversation so I volunteered to go," Kelly said as she put the hanky inside her pocket.
"I see she is busy....but do dresses have pickets like that?" Harris asked as he looked at kelly.
"Not really I custom made it and yeah the idea was given by Irene seems she knew I need to carry candies with me," Kelly said as she smiled a bit.
"As excepted of Lady winter, she is admirable," Harris said with a smile on his face.
"Yes she is but why are you following me? Instead of meeting her?" Kelly asked as she reached the kitchen.
"Hmm, because she is busy with others..... I don't want to disturb her and also I don't want to return home this soon. So I just thought of taking with you for a while." He said as he looked at the surroundings.
"Then are you leaving now?" Kelly said as she looked at his face.
"Yes, I am...see ya." He said as he went back to where he came to form
Kelly too ordered the food and went back to the room.
The only thing that was going through their head was that,
"He/She isn't that bad"

"Will that be fine?" Irene asked not sure of what to do.
"Yes it's really fine, she can't stay at one place for long anyway," Molly said as she shrugged.
"That's because I have been around since birth~," Kelly said as she stick out her tongue towards Molly.
"You...." Molly said as she glared at her, "I am going." Kelly said as she opened the door and went straight towards the kitchen but while turning around she suddenly bumped into someone and with a thud both of them fell to the ground.
"Ahhh," Two voices one belonging to Kelly and the other was a boy's voice said. Kelly looked at the boy and he was the one she has been hearing about since she came here. The guess is right it's Harris.
"What the heck?" Harris said as he looked at the tiny body above him.
His orange eyes met with the brown eyes as the brown hair with the smell of cocoa was tingling his insides.
"Tabby cat---" Kelly said as she looked at him.
"Ta...Tabby...? You... are you calling me a cat right now!!" Harris said angrily as he pushed Kelly aside and stood up.
