If the arm of a construction magic were to follow a human arm and move agilely and unsteadily, it would definitely cause an accident.
I guess that would be okay if it will be used as a weapon though.

The dignitaries behind us seemed to be clapping again or something but I could only hear them intermittently given how noisy the footsteps of that magic construct, which was more than a hundred meters away, were.
