With his eyes shrinking fiercely, Sukuna looked down at the injury he suffered as blood started dripping out of the corner of his mouth.
'When did he...'
'NO! What is this??!!'
Moreover, it appears that things didn't end there as Sukuna also sensed something unbelievable, causing him to panic for the first time in his life.
'Why am I not able to regenerate?! This shouldn't be possible!!'
If Lorien were to hear this, he would probably laugh at his face and point at his sword, saying something along the lines of [Long sword, huge buff against immortal beings!].
It's just that this is not actually the biggest surprise as after looking more deeply into it, Sukuna noticed something more terrifying.
'My soul...'
If one were to look at Sukuna's soul right now, they'll notice that a wound had also appeared on it, identical to the one he had just received.
Seeing this, Sukuna didn't care anymore as he rushed towards Lorien and howled.
"I am going to tear off your head, brat!"
However, just as Sukuna's hand was inches away from Lorien's face, the latter suddenly raised his right hand, delivering an undercut that launched Sukuna right into the ceiling.

Dropping once again to the ground as fragments of the ceiling fell along with him, Sukuna lay down on the concrete floor.
Clenching his teeth, Sukuna tried to stand up with difficulty as he continued to glare at Lorien.
"I changed my mind, You'll be the first one I kill after I am-"
However, before Sukuna could finish his phrase, he got stomped in the face by Lorien who looked at him in annoyance.
*Boom*
"Everyone can talk, but rarely are they people who can actually achieve what they speak of, try finding a smaller target next time!"
Saying this, Lorien then looked calmly at the body laying on the ground as he waited for Itadori to wake up.
After all, In the last stomp, he used his power to forcefully push Sukuna back into the cage so Yuji could restore control of his body.
'I want to see what he would do with Megumi after not getting the [out of prison card] from Itadori.'
'Well, he doesn't even know Megumi's power for now, so I doubt he'll plan for it anyways, however, he is still inside Itadori, so he might be able to figure it out with time by just watching the outside world.'
Meanwhile, just as Lorien was thinking, Yuji finally restored control as his eyes suddenly snapped open before starting to franticly touch his chest and waist.
It seems that even though he had lost control of his body, he was still able to watch the outside world from an observer's point of view.
So, the moment he opened his eyes, he started checking on the wound he received when Sukuna was in control.
However, to his surprise, he soon discovered that there were no wounds on his body, it was as if all he had previously seen was just an Illusion.
'I...I was just cut...Where is the wound...'
'Was it just an illusion?'
Seeing this, even though Lorien was somewhat amused, he still decided to explain to Yuji.
"Rise and shine Mr.Itarodi, Rise and shine!"
Hearing this sudden voice, Yuji instantly came back to his senses as he then swiftly turned towards Lorien.
Looking at this man who was able to easily toy with Sukuna, Yuji couldn't help but feel a bit afraid for a moment, however, seeing the friendly smile on his face, he was quickly able to calm down.
Seeing this, Lorien couldn't help but nod silently, obviously appreciating Yuji's reaction.
"May I know who you are?" Asked Itadori, looking a bit tense.
"You are Gojo's student, right? You don't have to worry, I am friendly." Responded Lorien lightly before continuing
"You also don't have to worry about the wound, my previous attack was a conceptual one!"
"Conceptual?" Asked Yuji, not understanding what this meant.
"Yes, its target was set as 'Sukuna', so, it would only damage him and nothing else, this means that even though this is your body, once the control changed from being in Sukuna's to yours, the effects of the attack also disappeared." Responded Lorien with a smile before continuing.
"However, once Sukuna takes back control, the wound will appear once again!"
"Haaah?!!!"
Hearing this, Yuji was visibly shocked causing him to exclaim out loud as he was unable to hold his surprise.
"Is that even possible??!"
"Now it is!" Responded Lorien with his eyes narrowed.
If the energy available is enough, there is basically nothing he can't do.
However, Yuji wasn't the only one surprised by this as Sukuna who was back inside also heard Lorien's explanation.
So, sitting on his throne atop the mountain of skeletons, Sukuna couldn't help but look down at his chest in contemplation.
'No matter what I did, I still couldn't heal this wound...'
'Is this what he calls a conceptual attack? It's really abnormal.'
'However, I have to get more information about this guy, I hope this brat continues talking to him.'
'Moreover, Whatever power he is using is very interesting, it seems that it is even better than cursed energy...'
'Heh...Doesn't matter though, He'll be the first I kill after restoring my power, I'll enjoy dissecting him.'
Thinking of this, a smile appeared on Sukuna's face as he then closed his eyes and concentrated on analyzing the wound on his chest, after all, there was nothing else he could do here other than that, and watching Yuji outside.
However, none of those outside knew about any of this, nor did they care, especially Lorien who after explaining the situation, didn't want to stay any longer.
"All right then! Your friend is waiting for you outside, I have to go now!"
Saying this, Lorien then disappeared from his position in a flash, leaving behind a stupified Yuji.
'Who is this guy? I have to ask Gojo-sensei when we go back.'
