Beneath the radiant glow of the waxing gibbous moon, a city came alive with vibrant energy on this enchanting Halloween night.
Today, a huge array of casual clothes, business attires, and elaborate yet intriguing costumes could be seen adorned on the diverse multitude of people, representing every walk of life.
Here, everyone seems to be pursuing something, some wanted to have fun and enjoy the night, while others couldn't be bothered with the festivities as they just wanted to get home as quickly as possible.
However, despite their unique and different objectives, they all traverse the same illuminated streets in harmony, each going their own way.
Of these people, there was a young freshly engaged couple who were out to relax as they could be seen walking in the streets, vising different stores, tasting food, and enjoying their night.
"Hey look! let's go to that shop!" Said the young and beautiful girl who appeared to be in her twenties as she dragged her helpless fiancé.
"Ah, yes, slow down a bit, it isn't going anywhere!" Responded the young man as a bitter smile flashed across his face before quickly disappearing.
'Ughhh, Can't we just sit down and relax somewhere?' He thought, groaning painfully in his heart.
However, unbeknown to him, this sudden decision by his fiancée had just saved their lives as just after walking a couple of meters in that shop's direction, a black shadowy veil suddenly appeared centimeters behind him.
Feeling this sudden movement and sensing the change in luminosity, the young man immediately stopped and looked behind him in confusion.
'What's happening?'
However, this confusion was soon replaced by wariness after seeing the huge 'wall' that was standing in front of him.
It's just that different from his cautious nature, his fiancée had a much livelier and more courageous personality as after noticing the veil, her first reaction was to touch it to see what it was.
"What is it?"
However, just as her hand was about to land on it, the man suddenly caught it and then forcefully dragged her away.
"We're going!"
"Ah, wait, my hand, it hurts!"
Hearing this, the man immediately reacted, loosening his grip slightly, but not letting go completely.
"Sorry about that, it was a reflex, however, we still need to go fast!"
"Eh? Why? Let's stay and observe it a bit, I have never seen anything like it in my life, I have always wondered if there were superpowers in this world, This might be it!"
"No, Curiosity killed the cat, and I don't want to be one, moreover, if it is truly related to supernatural beings, then we must run even faster"

Sadly, it seems that even after god had given them a chance to run away, those people still decided to go inside the veil to see what was happening and maybe record a video or two for social media.
It's just that after entering, they quickly discovered that all communications were cut off and that they could no longer get out.
Such occurrences were unfolding in every direction with some lucky people running away as quickly as possible, while others choosing to die as quickly as possible.
Of course, there were also the unlucky people who found themselves directly inside the veil without the ability to choose their own fates.
"What's going on?" Inquired a woman as she held her baby child closely to her chest while looking around worriedly.
"I have no idea..." Responded an elderly woman who was standing nearby.
Such questions were being asked perpetually by many people, but the response always remained the same.
It's just that while those people were unlucky, they weren't the most unfortunate of the bunch as this trophy goes to the ones at the underground metro station and especially those close to the railway.
After all, those people are currently standing the closest to the cursed spirits and cursed users who could be seen standing on the metro track.
"Everything is ready, it's time to begin."
"I have already begun spreading the message, soon, Gojo Satoru will be here, get ready!"
"I've long wanted to meet the strongest sorcerer in this era!" Suddenly spoke Jogo.
However, just as he said this, Kenjaku shook his head and responded solemnly.
"Remember, your task is to exit the curtain with Shigimo the moment Gojo enters it, then, you have to send the 10 fingers to Sukuna while Gojo is being distracted."
"Wouldn't it be better to seal Gojo and then send the fingers to Sukuna?"
"No, while Gojo is a big issue, he isn't the only one we have to be careful of, so, we need a powerful combat force on our side!"
"Heh, will Sukuna listen to us?"
Hearing this, a wicked smile appeared on Kenjaku's as he recalled some information that he previously gathered.
"You don't have to worry about it, just release him, and he'll directly head to his target, after all, he has a grudge to end."
However, just as Kenjaku said this, one of the cursed spirits standing nearby suddenly spoke.
"Are those guys you keep talking about really that strong?"
"You haven't been around for a while, you'd be surprised how much things changed!" Responded Kenjaku looking at the cursed spirit that was sleeping overseas for years.
It seems that to make sure that everything goes according to plan, Kenjaku went all out calling in every special cursed spirit he could gather.
The number of cursed spirits and cursed users here is nearly double that of the number that was present in the original timeline.
"Hmph, I'll have to see for myself!" Responded the weird-looking cursed spirit.
Hearing this, Kenjaku just smiled and stopped talking as he then waved his hand sending the special cursed spirit 'Kurourushi' towards the metro.
It seems that its job is to replace Mahito's transformed humans in the original so it could distract Gojo.
Moreover, doing so, he used Cursed Spirit Manipulation once again and called out another special-grade cursed spirit Ganesha so it could battle alongside those present.
Then, finally, he called out the Smallpox Deity and ordered it to stay away from the center of the battle and to just stop any sorcerers who wants to come near.
Finishing all of this, Kenjaku then walked away preparing to hide himself.
"Alright everyone, don't forget your roles, if anything goes wrong, we're all going to die!"
"Don't worry about it, this world belongs to us."
