My people will abide in a peaceful habitation, in secure dwellings, and in quiet resting places.
James woke up well rested as usual. Himiko had snuck into his bed once again and this time managed to crawl up on him somehow sandwiching his head between her breasts and legs while drooling over his pillow. He was always amazed at how she managed to shift in her sleep. It was rare for her to be in a normal position when he woke up.
He decided to check up on his investment portfolio performance before going about his day. Pulling out his laptop and reviewing the investment software he was happy to find out some of the stocks he had recently invested in had seen greater than predicted growth.
After doing some research into the news regarding the affected companies he found out they had experienced unexpected circumstances. For some they had some kind of surprising breakthrough in their field, for others their competition was met with bad luck such as bad publicity or acts of god interfering with their business leading to the excessive growth in his investments.
He was no longer surprised by such events though as they seemed to happen regularly to any company he invested in. He was fairly certain it was simply an effect of his wish for luck. His only question was whether his luck was simply affecting himself in choosing companies that were going to experience those things anyway or whether it was more ridiculous and it was actually after he selected his investments his luck was actually causing all those situations. He had long stopped caring though and learned to just be happy and enjoy his returns.
He didn't need them himself since he could ask for just about anything he wanted from his parents, but an organisation needed funds and he couldn't really ask his parents for funds because he was running an organisation of the type he was. It wasn't a lemonade stand after all.
Once he had checked up on the performance and made some adjustments to his investments he closed his laptop looking over at Himiko who was still sleeping behind him and shook his head with a smile. Unlike him she wasn't a morning person.
He heard a knock on his door.
"Just a moment," he answered, quickly tossing on a t-shirt to make himself somewhat decent.
"Come in," he said.
To his surprise it was actually Eri who walked in. She looked a little nervous checking out his room. He was sure it would take some time for her to adjust to the new home and people.
'Uhm...." she started not sure what to say.
"Good morning Eri. Did you sleep ok?" he asked her.
"Y-yes," she mumbled shyly.
"How about we go exploring the mansion together?" he asked her with a warm smile.
She hummed in agreement. Though still nervous he could see some excitement in her eye now.
He pinched Himiko's ass causing her to wake up with a start. He was well aware gently waking her up wasn't possible due to his many failed attempts. She looked at him from slit eyes still under the covers.
"Hey sleepyhead. We're going to show Eri around the place so get changed out of your pyjamas," he told her. She groaned in response.

He slapped her ass playfully. "Stop wasting time, we need to introduce her to her new home," he said with a smile.

"Himiko and mom are both pretty stylish. They can help you when we go clothing shopping for you," James told Eri.
He patted Eri on the head. "It seems like big sis Himiko is finally ready so let's go on our little adventure," he said with excitement.
She grabbed his hand letting him lead her around with a small smile on her lips.
He wasn't sure if it was jealousy or something else, but Himiko made sure to grab her arm wedging it firmly between her breasts putting his attention back on her as they walked down the hallway.
They ended up leading the girl around introducing the various rooms and the staff for her to familiarise herself with.
Himiko mostly seemed to be humouring him to spend more time with him, but still made sure to interact with the girl a little too despite mostly being disinterested in her and rather focusing on James.
By the time they got done showing her around the entire mansion and introducing the most important features it was already time for lunch.
