(G: for the ones not on the discord server(which you should join for fast updates), and don’t know why there was no chapter Thursday. It was because I forgot I had something to do that day, I actually have something to do every other week from Monday-Friday it’s not the week coming now but the one after. So I’m changing the schedule for every other week so there will be 2-3 chapter on Sundays then, not today and not next, but the one after. Sorry for this long explanation.)

"The golems are in an area that looks like a square. The ceiling is high, so it's an easy place to fight. As for the number of golems, as far as I was able to confirm earlier, there are about thirty regular golems."

Ataru's report, the adventurers were buzzing. It was difficult to take on even a few ordinary golems, but when there were that many, the adventurers became nervous.

"And a giant golem. I'm sure there was one when we came here before, but this time there are two of them. You can think of one giant golem as having around the strength of ten normal golems."

They were even more surprised than before when Ataru continued with a raised eyebrow. Some of them were even frightened as they had never heard of such a thing.

"There's that many golems in there......"

Flaria, who was listening with a serious expression, was severely troubled by the fact that the situation was worse than what she had heard before.

Then Ataru spoke up with additional information to follow up on the conversation.

"If it's the same as last time, I think there are actually more golems. The giant golem is in the back, and there should be several regular golems coming out from further back."

It was effective enough to dampen the spirits of the adventurers. All of them were in a state of confusion.

"Do you have any good info.......?"

Klaus, who couldn't bear to see the stammering adventurers, asked a question, but Ataru crossed his arms and thought about it.

"Well, all I know is that giant golems are a lot harder than other golems, and I'm guessing that if we don't do something about the giant golems, the golems will keep coming."

It was better than not knowing anything, but it didn't make the situation any better, so Klaus had a difficult look on his face.

"As a result of our previous battles, Caro and I are able to defeat normal golems at a steady pace. Because we have a good amount of physical strength, the duration of the battle should be long. And we are confident that we can fight even if there are a certain number of them."

Some adventurers were annoyed when Ataru suddenly started talking about their abilities, wondering what he was bragging about, but Klaus and Flaria, who kept their cool, guessed what he was trying to say from his statement.

"Are you sure you want to go to......?"

Klaus asks Ataru with a serious expression.

"It's a dangerous role......."

Flaria is also shaking her head loosely, looking conflicted about not wanting to let him do that.

However, Ataru and Caro nodded firmly at the two. From the way the conversation was going, Caro also understood what Ataru was planning to do, and she began to move her body to prepare for it.

When she saw them, Flaria turned back to the adventurers as if she had made up her mind and began to speak.

"Everyone listen up. ...... First, the two of them will jump into the crowd of golems and start fighting. Everyone should start fighting when the enemy's focus is on them. Until then, the two of them should be able to hold them off."

The adventurers were taken aback by this declaration.

It was hard to believe that the two of them would be taking on a large number of golems, and that they would be fighting alone until the other adventurers joined the fight.

"Well, we're not related to most of the adventurers here. Besides, this large-scale request came about because of my report. It would be a shame if we didn't do something like this."

Ataru said with a shrug, but all the adventurers knew that it would not be easy to carry out. Ataru and Caro's attitude toward the battle was so graceful that it made them feel ashamed of their own reluctance.

"Now, I want you all to be ready to go. ...... Caro, I'll take out as many golems as I can first. When one of them comes towards me, that's where you come in."

"Yes, sir."

The two of them have already made up their minds to go into battle and have even simulated how to fight. You can feel the deep trust they have in each other from their exchange.

"Everyone, get ready for battle. We'll be fighting in a cave, so be careful about using powerful magic. Also, even though it's a big place, it has walls and ceilings. Be careful with your weapons."

"Let's go. Follow me at a distance."

After confirming that Flaria's instructions were finished, Ataru and Caro went ahead of her.

Moving to a position where he could attack easily, Ataru raised his gun. It was a place where others would have wondered where there was room to attack, but Ataru's eyes clearly saw the enemy.

"Let's go."

A muffled voice was directed at Caro, and when she nodded back, it was the signal to begin.

When Ataru pulled the trigger, the bullet successfully pierced the core of the golem.

The sudden collapse of their comrades in front of them caused the golems to search their surroundings to see where the attack had come from, but Ataru's figure was not in a position where they could see him.

"While I'm at it......."

In an attempt to kill as many as possible while they were still confused, Ataru quickly pulled the trigger again, hitting the golem's core with one or two bullets one after the other. All of them accurately pierced the center of the core, instantly stopping the golem's movement.

The number of golems that have been defeated by this method has already exceeded ten.

At this point, the giant golem grasps the situation, predicts the direction of the fallen golem based on the attack it received, and sends the golem in that direction. With well-coordinated movements, the golems were heading in Ataru's direction.

"I'm going to go."

This was where Caro came in.

With a serious expression on her face, Caro jumped out and intercepted the golem with her shortsword and dagger.

She had created an opening by launching the golem's arm up in the air. It was a choice to ensure that Ataru's attack could put a stop to it because it would be more powerful.

However, thinking that there would be situations in the upcoming battle where she couldn't expect Ataru to attack, Caro was thinking of ways to defeat the golem on her own.

"I won't be hit!"

Originally, taking the golem's attack with a sword was not a good way to deal with multiple golems, as it put a lot of strain on the weapon and the body, and it also created a short pause before you could get back up.

However, Caro decided to use her speed and the attack power of her new shortsword to her advantage.

Caro jumped out in front of the golems and kept her distance from Ataru as much as possible.

"Good call."

Ataru, whose smile leaks out in a huff, compliments Caro on her actions. Caro's jumping out drew the enemy's attention to her, and they didn't think there was anyone behind her.

Caro evades the golem's fist with a flash, and quickly dives into its arms and thrusts her shortsword at the core. The other adventurers were surprised to see Caro's fluid movements. All of the other adventurers couldn't help but admire her fluid movements.

Ataru then resumed his attack as if he had been waiting for the golems to gather towards Caro. The attack never interfered with Caro's movements, but instead targeted the golems that might get in Caro's way.

When additional golems came towards Caro from further back, the adventurers who went around the side finally joined the battle.

"Gooooooo!"[1]

Flaria shouted, pointing her finger at the golems, and the adventurers jumped at her in unison.
