Before anyone could tell the shop owner what they wanted to be made out of the Fanged Whitemane Wolf’s Fur, Gilenni returned carrying a tray with drinks in her hands.

“You must be thirsty, please,” Norella Froxen motioned with her hand, inviting the students to treat themselves.

She’s offering us drinks? So, that’s why she sent Gilenni away just a moment ago. Narias was impressed with the service.

“Thank you,” Narias picked up a cup first, then took a sip to taste it. “Huh? Grapily Juice?”

“Hmm… You know about it, Mr. Talrone?” The white fox-looking shop owner covered her face with a fan again.

“I’m sorry, but what is Grapily Juice?” Emilia on the other hand, didn’t know what it was.

“What? You don’t know? It’s the best refreshing drink there is,” Flavia grinned wide after picking up her own drink.

“Grapily Juice is good,” it looked like Grapily Juice wasn’t foreign to Growly as well.

“Might as well try it too,” Nicky chuckled, seeing Ileena hesitate to drink from her cup. “Wow, it’s so good. You should try it too, Ileena.”

“Ok. Huh? It is… nice,” said Ileena after she tried some.

“Great, isn’t it?” Narias added with a smile, remembering how he would drink freshly pressed juice at home.

“It has a similar taste to something… I tried before, but… it’s not quite the same,” Emilia commented after tasting some too.

“Yeah. Grapily berries are one of the ingredients that are used to make Yliparg Wine. They are added into the mix to give the wine that sweet aftertaste. Yliparg Wine is very expensive, though. The reason being, the Grapily berries need a very specific soil and cultivation to grow. Not many people know how to do it well, which raises demand for the berries and the price for the end product,” Narias explained in great detail.

“Wow, I did not know that. So, that’s why the taste seems familiar,” Emilia had another drink from her cup, but then became flustered all of a sudden. “Oh, I had… tried some Yliparg Wine only once, so that’s why…”

“Never tried it, but I’d be curious to taste some,” Flavia put a finger to her lips, thinking about it.

“It is quite a refined flavor,” Ileena said, giving away she had a chance to try some too.

“Really? Maybe you can treat me next time?” Flavia asked without hesitation.

“Such a wealth of knowledge about such a small berry. May I inquire how do you know so much about Grapily berries, Mr. Talrone?” The shop owner wanted to know.

“Oh, my family grows some at our estate. My father taught me about it, and he’d sometimes treat me to the Grapily Juice when I was little. If there were any berries left to make some after he sold the harvest, that is,” Narias laughed, with his cheeks becoming red when he spoke about it.

“Really? How fascinating,” Miss Froxen smiled slyly, throwing her tail from one side to the other. “If I may ask, would it be ok for me to inspect the fur you have brought with you in the meantime?”

“Flavia,” Ileena addressed her who, for some reason, was spacing out.

“Oops, sorry,” Flavia laughed after snapping out of it. “Here you go.”

Norella Froxen took the fur from Flavia and placed it on one of the tables available. The fox-looking beast-woman gently stroked the fur with her hand a few times, squeezed it with her fingers once and then procured a satisfied smile which she quickly hid behind her fan again.

“It is indeed a Fanged Whitemane Wolf’s Fur, and such a great quality too. Considering the size of the fur, I could certainly make something extraordinary out of it. Have you decided on what you would like to be made?” Norella Froxen was curious to know.

“Well, we haven’t decided that yet, actually,” Narias rubbed his cheek with one finger, feeling uncomfortable about it. “What would you suggest, madam?”

“You’re asking my opinion? Hmm…” the shop owner looked pleased to hear the question. “There are a few possibilities. If I were to make an ordinary garment, I could make a marvelous cape out of it. Another option is a short coat or a set of a jacket and pants. If we are talking about ladieswear, a warm coat, a set of shawl, mittens and skirt is possible too. Or fur leggings instead of a skirt. If however, you’d want me to make something of practical value out of it, there are options as well. It all depends on what you want, really.” The shop owner offered quite a few options.

“A shawl sounds really nice,” Emilia commented out loud.

“Hey, I bet I would look good in fur leggings,” Flavia jumped in to express her thoughts as well.

“Well…” Narias on the other hand, didn’t know what he would want for himself.

“How about I leave you to discuss it among yourself?” Norella Froxen offered, seeing the students were still undecided.

“Yes, thank you, Madam Froxen,” Narias smiled awkwardly.

“Fur mittens…” Ileena spoke out loud, more thinking to herself than anything else.

“Fur mittens, eh?” Nicky smiled at her friend cheekily.

“I…” Ileena didn’t expect for anyone to hear her. “I was just… thinking to myself.”

Quite a few options, but… we can’t have it all. Growly said he don’t want anything, but Flavia and Emilia would like to get shawl and leggings each. Ileena didn’t go with us, so it’s natural she can’t request anything, but I bet she’d like something too. I guess I could forfeit on what I want and let Ileena have something instead. Narias was debating in his head. He looked around the shop for a brief moment, his eyes catching more than a few beautiful garments offered inside the shop. Then it suddenly struck him. Hey, I think we’ll have a couple of weeks break from school studies soon. I will be able to go home visit my parents. It’s been quite a while since I saw them. Maybe I could get something for my mom from this shop to take home with me? And for my dad… I can ask Mr. Ferpaw to make something, I guess. Alright, it’s decided then.

Narias approached the two girls who were still discussing what should be made out of the fur they have brought with them. It didn’t look like they were in agreement about it just yet.

“Hey, partner, you need to help us decide. A pair of fur leggings would be best, right?” Flavia’s plea for help sounded like a set-in stone decision instead.

“That’s not fair, Flavia. We all should have a say in it,” Emilia protested. “Besides, if you get the leggings, Narias might not get anything at all.”

“Then you should give up on the shawl. It would use up too much of the fur,” the bunny girl snapped at the Ice Princess in response.

“But the shawl from the fur would look incredibly lovely,” Emilia placed one hand on her shoulder, probably imagining having the shawl on her as she spoke. The discussion was becoming quite heated.

“Don’t argue, please,” Narias finally stepped in. “How about we do this instead? Flavia gets the leggings, Emilia gets the shawl and also Ileena can get something made for her too. There should be enough fur for it, wouldn’t it, Miss Froxen?”

“Most definitely, Mr. Talrone,” was the shop owner’s short answer.

“Hey wait, what about you, partner?” Flavia asked after hearing his suggestion.

“That’s ok. I don’t need anything. I’d rather you get what you want, and… I’d like Ileena to get something as well.” Narias explained, catching a mild flush on his face.

“Narias,” Ileena blushed herself.

“Now you can get those mittens too. Isn’t that great?” Nicky said with another teasing smile on her face.

“N… Nicky…” that just got Ileena flustered even more, which made Nicky laugh again.

“But… I’d feel bad about you not getting anything, Narias,” Emilia told him, brushing her snow-white hair to the side.

“It’s ok, don’t worry about it,” he smiled, reassuring her it was totally ok.

“Wow, you’re the best, partner,” Flavia grinned at him wide. “Hey, Ileena, what do you want?”

“Thank you, Narias,” Ileena thanked Narias, smiling at him happily, before going to the other girls to discuss who wanted what.

“Excuse me, Madam Froxen. Do you mind if I look around the shop?” Narias asked the shop owner, leaving the girls talk things over.

“Not at all. Please,” Norella Froxen smiled at him. “Is there something else you are looking to buy, Mr. Talrone?”

“Well, I don’t know. I will be going home soon, so I thought… I could buy something for my mom, but…” now that he was asked, Narias became embarrassed about it.

“My, my, that is so kind of you wanting to buy a gift for your mother. Not many young people even think about it. Would you like some assistance in the matter, Mr. Talrone?” the shop owner offered eagerly.

“If you will, madam,” Narias instantly accepted her offer.

“Before I could suggest anything, would you mind telling me more about your mother? What does she like to wear?” Norella asked him.

“Oh, I’d say a dress would be her most favorite garment. She always looks so beautiful when she wears one. Oh, sorry,” Narias couldn’t help but flush, remembering her mother.

“A dress? What type of dresses does she like to wear?” the shop owner asked again, focusing on the matter at hand.

“Aah…” this time, Narias had to think on how to explain it.

After a few more minutes, with a few more probing questions, Norella Froxen had enough information to get an idea what kind of garment she could suggest. There was one problem, though.

“Now, there is one more detail I would need to know, and that is, your mother’s measurements,” Miss Froxen told him.

“Eh? My mom’s measurements? Well…” Narias knew it will not only be difficult, but also embarrassing to answer that question. For one, he had no idea what his mom’s measurements were. And two, Narias’s mother was a very beautiful, voluptuous woman.

“Oh, so sorry for making you feel uncomfortable with my last question, Mr. Talrone,” Norella Froxen noticed how uncomfortable he felt. “However, it would be difficult for me to craft, or sell, a dress for your mother if I don’t know her measurements. So, I have another suggestion. How about you visit me at my other shop sometime next week? I am sure I can help you with it then.”

The dazzling fox-looking beast woman threw a sly glance at Narias, with her tail wiggling back and forth to the sides a few times.

“Another shop?” Narias was a little surprised with her suggestion.

“Of course. I have another shop set up in the center of El’Roonst. It is in the Mazaar Shopping District. Do you know where it is, Mr. Talrone?” The shop owner said.

“Oh, yes, I do. But if it’s next week, I can come only after my classes,” he informed.

“That wouldn’t be a problem, Mr. Talrone. My shop is always open till late,” said Norella Froxen, looking at him slyly.

“Ok, thank you, madam,” Narias was glad about it.

“My pleasure, Mr. Talrone,” she smiled back at him. “Now, if you excuse me, I will go talk to your friends about your initial request.”

Narias bowed his head before the shop owner walked away and proceeded to browse the goods that the shop had to offer. Growly wasn’t really interested in new clothes, but he kept Nicky company, who was admiring the many beautiful garments inside the shop too.

The discussion between the three girls and the shop owner took longer than Narias anticipated it would, but he was patient and waited until they were done. When all was said and agreed, the group finally left the shop. Curiously enough, Ileena, Flavia and Emilia looked very cheerful and joyful, thrilled even. Narias didn’t think much of it. He thought the girls were happy about agreeing who will get what made from the Fanged Whitemane Wolf’s Fur.

The students had spent some time at Norella’s Enchanting Garments shop. Everyone was becoming quite hungry. There were quite a few diners at the Crafters District. Even if the places weren’t as lavish as the Fabs & Swirls restaurant, the group decided to choose one and go eat there instead of going into the town center. Food was food after all. They quickly found a nice, cozy restaurant to sit down at. It was busy, but not over crowed. The patrons were more or less adults who came there to eat, so the place was less noisy compared to the restaurants where younger people go to.

Since everyone was really hungry, there weren’t much talk around the table either. The group didn’t want to disturb other patrons as well, so the students tried to stay quiet too. After the food, and a few extra desserts were fully digested, Narias and his friends left the restaurant happy. They still had another important task to accomplish, and that was, buying the Thank You gifts for Belinda Salroze.
