Utilizing materials that were similar in nature yet incredibly subpar when compared to the materials used to forge the Empyrean Dragon Armor, the blacksmith was fortunately successful in emulating part of its strength.
Though it could only be considered an incredibly subpar imitation of the real thing, it is still an item that is highly sought after by many people. Great potential still slumbers within the chestplate, with the possibility of it reaching a level of strength close to the Empyrean Dragon Armor not being low.
